weekend blog
As I’m running out of material, here’s a fairly hard-hitting article from The Conservative Woman.
I particularly like the quote from Dr Richard Lindzen:
So here we are, confronted with policies that destroy Western economies, impoverish the working middle class, condemn billions of the worlds poorest to continued poverty and increased starvation, leave our children despairing over the alleged absence of a future, and will enrich the enemies of the West who are enjoying the spectacle of our suicide march, a march the cowardly energy sector accepts, being too lazy to exert the modest effort needed to check what is being claimed.
During the weekend I’ll think about whether it’s worth continuing when people like The Daily Sceptic, The Conservative Woman and Simon Webb’s History Debunked videos do what I do but do it so much better.
You may feel that these other sites are replacing you, but they lack your insight into the issues raised. Many of the contributors to those you mentioned are one-sided and rather extreme, and I at least find your approach to the subjects you write about refreshingly honest, balanced and well researched. I am grateful for the effort you put into your your articles (and books!) and even if you post less frequently, I shall be an enthusiastic reader.
Thank you David.
They ate excellent, but not better. I find the way you present facts more readable because they remain raw, they are presented with cynicism, humour, sarcasm, unfiltered etc the way the average red pilled Brit engages.
Keep it going David.
There are many like me who are not front row but are still in the room.
I haven’t missed any of your articles.
I have just seen that myself and assumed you would see it. I hadn’t seen the submission by the professors but have now got the information.
Sometime ago you said you were thinking of giving up but we somehow encouraged you to keep going. I always try to find a comment to make to assure you that your efforts are appreciated. The sites you mention have a large following. I don’t know how many visit your site but from the low number of comments I can understand your view, especially considering the effort involved. If you do give up then I hope we will continue to see the occasional article on TCW.
What must the distinguished professors think when they also have no influence over the thinking of the politicians and the media, and perhaps most important of all they see how education itself has been corrupted.
The first name in the article is Al Gore who has done more to promote climate alarmism than most in my view with his “Inconvenient Truth”. I keep repeating the same point which is I do not understand why maths and science teachers are not pointing out that a correlation between temperature and carbon dioxide cannot be seen by looking at the ice core data and when the analysis is carried out it shows the opposite to the claim that CO2 is causing temperature increases.
