The big coincidence?
I don’t want to come across as a bulging-eyed, mouth-frothing, tin-foil-hat-wearing, crazed conspiracy theorist:
But there’s one aspect of the Covid-19 outbreak that seems confusing.
There are clearly two possible sources of the current Covid-19 outbreak – a ‘wet market’ in Wuhan or a virology research institute such as the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory, one of China’s most high-tech installations designed for biological research into the most deadly forms of viruses known to humankind. This research facility, with top level-4 containment capacities, emerged from the expansion and elaboration of an older agency known as the Wuhan Institute of Virology. And here, just to remind you, is the Wuhan Institute of Virology Dr Peng Zhou’s description of his work:
“Taking bats as the research object, I will answer the molecular mechanism that can coexist with Ebola and SARS- associated coronavirus for a long time without causing disease, and its relationship with flight and longevity.
From the little I understand, this means that Dr Peng Zhou’s team are taking bioengineered versions of Ebola, SARS and Coronavirus and testing these on bats to understand how bats’ immune systems allow them to carry these diseases without becoming ill themselves.
Given that there are hundreds of ‘wet markets’ across China, it seems an extraordinary coincidence that the Covid-19 outbreak originated in a ‘wet market’ in a city that also happened to contain the National Biosafety Laboratory and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Applying the principles of Occam’s Razor, it seems to be blindingly obvious that the Covid-19 virus was accidentally leaked from a Chinese government lab when a worker became infected from bats’ blood, urine or faeces and then failed to follow the correct WHO Level-4 lab decontamination procedures.
Governments’ deafening silence?
Given the strong possibility that the Covid-19 outbreak actually came from a Chinese government research lab, it seems extraordinary that no government has even tried to highlight this. Instead, all the world’s governments have faithfully parrotted the line that Covid-19 definitely came from the Wuhan ‘wet market’.
Why? Why the lack of criticism of China? Why no mention of the possible role of the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory and the Wuhan Institute of Virology by any other government?
Is it because governments actually have more in common with each other than they do with what the French call “le petit peuple” (the little people) – us ordinary citizens? Is it because governments know there would be popular outrage if we – the little people – realised that it was government incompetence that caused the current pandemic? Is it because, faced with a pandemic which will kill tens of thousands, governments are sticking together to keep control of the little people?
I don’t know. Do you?
The scientific circumstantial evidence?
And finally, here for anyone who understands it, is some more scientific circumstantial evidence suggesting that the Coronavirus, which is causing the Covid-19 outbreak, was bioengineered in a lab and didn’t cross species from bats or snakes to humans as our rulers keep claiming.
During January of 2020 a team of nine high-level researchers at the University of Delhi’s Kusuma School of Biological Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology investigated the RNA side of the genetic blueprint of the COVID-19 virus. These Indian researchers collaborated in the analysis of the organism that some have taken to calling the Wuhan supervirus.
The initial findings of the researchers have been published on line in a paper entitled, “Uncanny Similarity of Unique Inserts in the 2019-nCoV Spike Protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag.” At the time of writing this essay, the University of Delhi’s much-smeared contribution to COVID-19 research continues to be available online even though it is still making its way through the process of peer review with possible future revisions.
The main finding of the study so far is that the genetic structure of the virus has “4 insertions in the spike glycoprotein (S) which are unique to the 2019-nCoV [COVID-19] and are not present in other coronaviruses.” These “4 inserts have identity or similarity to those in HIV-1 gp120 or HIV-1 Gag.” This finding “sheds light on the evolution and pathogenicity of this virus.”
The authors of the paper find that the genetic inserts into the virus “have identity/similarity to amino acid residues in key structural proteins of HIV-1.” These characteristics are “unlikely to be fortuitous in nature.” This key phrase indicates that in the opinion of the researchers the presence of HIV genes in COVID-19 was not the result of some process of random mutation in nature. Instead, the insertion of the HIV genes into the new coronavirus probably took place through an engineered intervention by experts in microbiology.
The finding that HIV genes are integral to the genetic structure of COVID-19 has not been seriously challenged. The fact that HIV treatments are being widely used to ease the symptoms of those suffering the effects of the new infection is highly suggestive. It implies that some of the analysis of the Kusuma School of microbiologists was quickly seized upon and applied in clinical situations.
So, could the insertion of the HIV genes could have occurred without human intervention, without genetic engineering?
I don’t know. Do you?

China, like Saudi, is one of those subjects normal people are not allowed to question. Because they spray money at the elite, who are happy to line their own pockets.
I always speculated that there were two viruses. One is the leak proposed here. The other is just the normal annual flu virus which commonly kills thousands anyway. The behaviour of the flu outside pockets in china is fairly normal and those dying are old or seriously ill before catching it.
Whats happening in Wuhan seems to be on another scale and was it an accident or did they intend to attack hong kong. The virus decoding released by chinese authorities could be a distraction technique as western scientists seem to say this is a fairly common flu virus. The WHO are probably complicit in this deception to enhance their own influence or just happy to look the other way and keep taking the money.
All good points but no answers. Governments have one objective in common – control over us. China does it by force and the west does it by the ballot box. Their objective is the same. As Ayn Rand put it, we have a choice between murder and suicide. Globalisation has brought all governments closer together. What we need is freedom. All I see in the UK is a population that is incapable of taking responsibility for itself and wants the government to take responsibility for every aspect of our lives. There won’t be a revolution here, we are begging for a totalitarian socialist state.
It is noticeable that the government and the little people know more about the fantasy of human caused climate change and how to deal with a fake crisis than they do about the real crisis of the Coronavirus. There is panic every time we have a situation we cannot control – fake or real. We have lost the ability to adapt and we will not survive without that.
I’ve never had much interest in biology but my understanding of viruses is that they only die down when there is not enough people to infect to sustain them. This means either people become immune or they die. Isolation seems futile. A vaccine will be our saviour and that seems months away. Meanwhile the panic is spreading to the stock markets and it increasingly looks like the world economy will face its biggest problem ever. How long before we have food shortages because we cannot produce or distribute it, or there are not enough workers to keep our infrastructure going?
The governments and health organisations have been talking about this event for years and now it is here we find they haven’t a clue what to do about it. It is as though they want a population cull.
“It is as though they want a population cull.” Certainly seems that may be the case in the UK. Given that we are an island, had our Government genuinely wanted to keep this unpleasant virus from our nation they could, as soon as it became evident that it was spreading world-wide, have compulsorily quarantined UK citizens returning to the UK from holiday or business trips abroad, while at the same time stating unambiguously that anyone choosing to depart these shores would either be banned entirely from returning or would be quarantined without pay on return. Naturally, tight control of borders is essential if such a policy is to succeed and we all know that our borders are about as watertight as is a colander in a bath of water! Of course, had such a policy been implemented several weeks ago, panic would have been created in the financial and business communities, but then that is happening now anyway and probably on a greater and more potentially disastrous level. I don’t have a lot of time for Rory Stewart but he did seem to be uttering good sense on R4 yesterday evening, when he said that action, if it is to be taken at all, must be early and decisive, implying that the current dithering and half-measures by Boris and Cobra are and will be ineffective. But maybe those in power over us do, as quoted above, want a population cull. Far too many of us oldies, drawing pensions, occupying desirable homes which could be given to the young (after Inheritance Tax has been extorted!) making demands of the NHS. Yes, a cull is probably much to be desired!
I do not agree with some conspiracy theory reply comments here.The UK press have caused the panic buying by sensational reporting. Three people have died 2 in there 80s and one in his 60s. All three where in poor health at best and at lest two would have died from flu.
It arrived in Nigeria via two infected Chinese , same as Italy. Out of the first 79 who died in Italy 1 was a white person.
What we should have are mortality figures in Europe by racial group.
Indeed – genetically Asians are more susceptible due to having more ACE2 receptors in their lung cells.
There are now possibly mutations of Covid19, with differing levels of infectiousness and lethality, which might explain the differing recovery levels in some countries.
Some (conspiracy theorists?) say US Marines were in Wuhan just before it all kicked off and “seeded” the wet market. Sounds far-fetched to me (& the implications are truly horrendous should it be true).
