This week has given us two glimpses into how the interests of the tourism industry seem to be more important than justice and human life. In South Africa the authorities are out to protect their tourist business by trying to stitch up the husband of a woman raped and murdered as many thousands are each year in South Africa in what seems more like a national sport than a crime. And in Egypt tourists were told it was safe to go back into the water just before the latest shark attack.
Both countries are disgusting, corrupt, crime- and garbage-ridden dumps. Avoid South Africa and Egypt – it will improve your life.
