Osborne helps his ‘friends in need’ – the bankers

Multimillionaire chancellor Boy George Osborne chucks over £7bn of our money into the black hole that is Ireland’s economy. We must ‘help our friends in need’ chirps happy chappy Osborne. But who are those ‘friends’? The Irish? Or the multimillionaire bankers who have rashly loaned about £140bn to the bankrupt Irish? The same bankers who will pay themselves billions in bonuses in a couple of months to reward themselves for their financial brilliance.

Given that much of the money lost by the Irish banks has actually just been stolen by Ireland’s ruling mafia of bank bosses, politicians and property developers, why isn’t Boy George insisting these crooks be brought to justice? And why isn’t our government prosecuting Goodwin and his mates for fraud, false accounting, deception? Perhaps the friends that Boy George is helping with our money are just his banking mates who will give him a lucrative job for life when he decides to stop wasting his time in Parliament. Perhaps Boy George Osborne is featherbedding his own future with billions of our money?
