More eurocrap from Barroso

Puffed-up, pointless, Portuguese popinjay, European Commission President José Manuel Barroso, has accused countries opposing a massive increase in the EU budget of not being “prepared to negotiate in a European spirit”.  By “EU spirit” he presumably means a bunch of corrupt, self-serving, non-elected bureaucrats all lining their own pockets with taxpayers’ money while also funneling millions into the pockets of friends, business associates and family. He also must mean squandering tens of billions on catastrophically destructive policies like the biofuels requirements which are reducing the world’s food supply and the common fisheries policy which causes hundreds of millions of tons of edible fish to be thrown back dead into the seas each year.

“European spirit” means corruption, waste, fraud and incompetence on a massive scale. Why doesn’t the worthless Portuguese p–k piss off back to his bankrupt country rather than lecturing us on how to live our lives!
