I’ve been ‘Thomsoned’

Just been on a week’s holiday in Crete. I thought I had booked with a proper holiday company. But it turned out that the company was just part of the awful German-owned TUI/Thomson holidays. So I got ‘Thomsoned’ – appalling flight, dreadful reps, slum of a�hotel, bathroom covered in thick black mould and all travellers treated like dirt.

So watch out on your next holiday – TUI/Thomson own so many holiday company brands that even if you think you’ve booked with a proper company, you may find that you too get ‘Thomsoned’.
