Irish get stitched up – it’s time to bang up the bankers

You could almost feel sorry for the Irish. Their three million or so population is going to have to put over 30bn euros into the pockets of the greedy incompetent fools at the AIB (Allied Irish Bank). I worked for AIB some years ago and they were idiots then. Clearly they haven’t changed.

In Ireland the links between the bankers and politicians are shall we say ‘close’. So rather than dragging AIB bosses before the courts for incompetence, negligence, false accounting, misrepresentation, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, the politicians are filling their pockets with taxpayers’ money. The Irish should be up in arms about being stitched up by the banker/politician elite. It’s time to bang up the bankers.
