Get stuffed, fat pigs

At the moment thousands of disgusting, junk-food addicted, blubbery fat pigs are demanding that the NHS pays millions so that they can have gastric band operations (rather than using the money for cancer patients) because the fatties can’t be bothered to improve their diet or do some exercise. But there is already evidence that some years after the operation many patients are experiencing serious complications.

So in a few years we can expect all these gross slobs, egged on by greedy scumbag lawyers, to start suing the NHS (the taxpayer) for further millions for giving them the operation they had so loudly demanded. When this happens, we should tell them to get stuffed – they wanted the operation and they must live with the consequences. If they’d moved from in front of the TV and done a little exercise they wouldn’t have had any problems in the first place.
