Will any of our money actually reach starving Africans?

Here we go yet again, another famine in Africa. As usual, politically correct BBC reporters blame a lack of rain and never mention the greed, stupidity, corruption and uselessness of African leaders who have�stolen and wasted�money that should have been used�for schools, hospitals, roads, irrigation and agricultural development which could have helped people survive the drought. As usual, Britain and the US give tens of millions while other EU countries couldn’t give a toss. As for rich Arab countries, they give nothing because they regard African muslims as racially inferior.

But the real question is: will any of our aid actually reach those who need it? Studies by the UN have repeatedly shown that over 90% of all aid given to Africa is stolen by corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and businessmen. So while the pictures on our TV are tragic, African leaders and their offshore bankers will be rubbing their hands in glee as they prepare to steal the tens of millions heading their way.
