We went skiing with Crystal Ski. After all, it looked like a proper holiday company. But arriving at the airport we found that Crystal Ski was owned by theghastly Thomson Holidays. So what we got for our money was just another bog-awful, bog-standard Thomson Holiday. That meant filthy planes; two hours waiting in the coach in France because the guide couldn’t work out how many people should be on the bus; a chalet girl who was drunk much of the time so we didn’t get the breakfast we’d paid for; and staff who were generally rude, unhelpful and yobbish.
If you want a real skiing holiday, avoid Crystal Ski and absolutely avoid Thomson Holidays.
