By  David Craig, on April 8th, 2011 Our lying PM David ‘Conqueror’ Cameron and his highheel-wearing, diminutive French chum Sarkozy had hoped to gain some popularity by a quick ‘it will all be over by Easter’ war in Libya. As NATO planes wipe out the few decent tanks and rocket launchers the rebels had, Gaddaffi and sons must be having a real good laugh. You would have hoped that our self-serving, expenses-fiddling leaders would have realised that it’s a lot easier to start a war than stop one.
It’s time to bring our troops home to work in our broken schools and council estates and sell lots of weapons to the Libyans, Afghans, Iraqis and all others of their ilk so they can slaughter each other to their hearts content. Their hellhole countries and stupid, intolerant, backward populations are not worth a single British life.
By David Craig, on April 7th, 2011 Our posturing PM David Liar Cameron has just given an extra £650m of our money to supposedly help ‘education’ in Pakistan while cutting budgets in Britain. As Cameron well knows every year Transparency International exposes nuclear-armed Pakistan as being one of the world’s most corrupt countries. This means that about £600m of our £650m will end up in the personal bank accounts of Pakistan’s politicians and government bosses.
Cameron also grovellingly said that Britain was partly responsible for the problems between India and Pakistan. This is rubbish. While India has developed over the last 50 years, Pakistan has remained a backward, rotten, intolerant, corrupt, impoverished hell-hole. The main culprit for the conflict between India and Pakistan is backward, intolerant, viscerally corrupt Pakistan.
By David Craig, on April 6th, 2011 In the ‘Money’ section of a recent Sunday Times, one of the personal finance journalists gushed over some kind of supposedly high-interest bond from a company called BM (Birmingham Midshire). Curiously, in the same edition there was a nice expensive half-page ad from BM advertising the product puffed by the journalist. A coincidence? If you think so, then you deserve to lose your money. Remember, to keep their jobs, personal finance journalists have to push the products which spend most on advertising with their publications. The products they recommend are often those which are best for them, not for us.
I criticise these jouranlists in my book Pillaged!. That’s why they refuse to mention it to their readers. So please, don’t waste your savings by believing the false advice of your favourite personal finance journalists.
By David Craig, on April 5th, 2011 I have always been told that Health Secretary Andrew Lansley was an incompetent, puffed-up buffoon. As far as I can see, the only ‘proper’ job this idiot has had was at the legendarily incompetent DTI (aka Department of Total Incompetence). Yet Liar Cameron gave buffoon Lansley almost free rein to ‘reform’ the NHS. Of course, Lansley’s plans were a pile of evil-smelling, unimplementable horses’ manure from the very start. What else would you expect from a man derided in private by his colleagues for his utter stupidity and general uselessness?
And now Cameron is having to dig himself out from the mess created by Mr. Total Incompetence Lansley. Ha, ha, ha – Liar Cameron has been well and truly Lansleyed!
By David Craig, on April 4th, 2011 For as long as I can remember, thieving politicians and tax-avoiding rockstars have told us we have to give money to help Africa. And we gave and we gave and we gave. But what has changed? Nothing. Africa has received more aid per inhabitant than any other continent. Yet there’s war in the Ivory Coast; Libyans think you win a rebellion by jumping up and down shooting your guns in the air; the Nigerians can’t even organise an election and the rest of the continent is mired in disease, poverty and despair. UN studies have found that 90% of all aid to Africa is lost through stupidity and corruption. Each year African leaders steal the equivalent of ten times what they are given in aid and siphon this off into offshore bank accounts.
Africa has the resources to be one of the richest areas on earth. Instead it is by far the poorest. African poverty is a result of Africans’ greed, stupidity, tribalism, corruption and incompetence. That’s something only Africans can fix. But maybe it’s time for us to accept the truth and stop wasting our money on Africa.
By David Craig, on April 2nd, 2011 Democracy is meant to be about ordinary people having some say in how they live their lives. But in too many countries, vested interests like large oil companies, corrupt ruling families or powerful special interest groups usurp power. Welcome to today’s Britain where our greedy, lying thieving politicians have sold us out to the big banks. Three years on from the crash, there have been no new regulations, no controls on the banks and no punishment for the massive fraud committed by many bank bosses. Instead, Liar Brown, Liar Cameron, Liar Osborne and the rest of them have handed tens of billions of our money to the banks, most of which has been sprayed around in massive salaries and bonuses. But then, of course, after their political lives are over, many politicians get well-paid jobs as ‘consultants’ to a few banks. So they’re hardly going to upset their future employers.
Never in the history of human greed has so much money been taken from so many and given in such quantities to so few. Democracy is dead. The banks win.
By David Craig, on April 1st, 2011 Over the next few weeks our lives are going to be filled by the usual overpaid, brown-nosing sycophants gushing over the wedding of Baldy Windsor to Kate Middleclass. Baldy can marry who he wants, but as usual British taxpayers are getting fleeced to pay for this supposedly great occasion. So perhaps it would be fitting to ask if Baldy’s multi-millionaire perennially useless father was to give us a written undertaking that he’ll give us our tens of millions back if Baldy gets divorced. After all, he can afford it more than we can.
Talking of fathers, I wonder if Prince Harry’s father will be invited to the wedding – nudge, nudge, know what I mean?
By David Craig, on March 29th, 2011 What’s the difference between BA’s brainless trolley-dollies and our next leader Ed ‘Liar’ Miliband. Not a lot really. Both are overprivileged, overpaid, arrogant, self-serving and useless. Yet both pompously claim to be bravely fighting against oppression and injustice. BA’s trolley-dollies are some of the best paid in the industry and also have unbelievable travel benefits. Take business class on any BA flight and you’ll find many of the seats taken by BA staff off on a jolly paid for by BA’s poor, long-suffering passengers. Yet once again these arrogant, self-satisfied fools have voted to go on strike.
As for Ed ‘Liar’ Miliband, while speaking at the recent demonstration in London, this pompous, arrogant little prat likened himself to figures like Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King bravely battling appalling oppression and injustice. It was this little wanker and his mate bulging-eyes Balls who helped Gordon Brown wreck the country with their incontinent public-spending spree. The trolley-dollies and Liar Ed are not great freedom fighters – they are just self-serving, greedy, dishonest and parasitic. Off with their heads!
By David Craig, on March 28th, 2011 For 10 years that consumate actor Tony Liar Blair lied to us about pretty much everything he did. It was only after he had gone off to earn tens of millions that we found out he and that idiot Brown had actually ruined the country by wasting over a trillion pounds on increased public spending while public services got worse, yet managers got rich. But our lying PM David Cameron is pretty good at the acting game too. After all, how many of us could keep a straight face while coming out with the lies that Cameron does? Once again Cameron has claimed “we’re all in this together”. But this was in a week that the government took away child benefits from millions of families while at the same time allowing our £200,000 a year MPs to claim £2,500 a year extra per child on their taxfree expenses.
You have to hand it to our lying PM, like Blair he’s pretty good at keeping a straight face while dishing out the most outrageous lies.
By David Craig, on March 27th, 2011 Many people are unknowingly putting more money into their pension fund managers’ pensions than they are into their own. This is not a smart thing to do unless they want to be poor when they retire. A person saving £5,000 a year into their pension for 35 years (£175,000 in all) will see their money grow by about £52,000 to £227,000. But they will pay around £96,000 to their pension fund manager in charges, giving their pension fund manager almost twice as much as they get for themselves
This is very generous, but means most ordinary savers will have much smaller pensions than those who manage their pension funds.
However, we are even more generous to MPs, public-sector managers, local council bosses and senior civil servants. Any of us would have to save over £50,000 a year into our pension funds to get the same pension as we give them.
