SouthWestern Railways – just another sign of Useless, Incompetent, Broken Britain?

I don’t often travel by train in Britain any more. But yesterday (Saturday 3 October) I had the misfortune to take a SouthWestern train ‘service’. It was complete chaos from start to finish – everything late, connections missed, incompetent useless staff with IQs in the low double figures, constant wrong information, replacement coach which left without many of the passengers – everything that could go wrong went wrong.

So, I decided to have a look at this utterly useless train company’s performance statistics. Here are some of the most gruesome:

• Number of employees: 2021/22 – 5,265: 2025/26 – 5,711
• On-time: 2021/22 – 74.6%: 2025/26 – 65%
• Cancellations: 2021/22 – 2.8%: 2025/26 – 4%
• Delay compensation claims: 2021/22 – 155,877: 2025/26 – 699,090

Brilliant – while employing ever more (IMHO) useless employees, on the key operating statistics which affect SouthWestern Railways passengers, performance got worse every single year between 2021/22 and 2025/26.

So what on earth were SouthWestern Railways worthless buffoons in management doing all these years? Probably having ‘important’ meetings to discuss how to implement more DIE (Diversity, Inclusivity and Equality)? Or discussing how to go green to help save the planet from supposed ‘Climate Change’? Or maybe just looking at ways to increase their own bonuses every year?

I never thought I’d ever agree with our pipsqueak fake PM – Andrew ‘Blubberer’ Burnham. But from my experience yesterday and looking at SouthWestern Railways dismal and ever-worsening performance, I can’t see how our train ‘services’ could be any worse if renationalised than they are under their current useless, incompetent, overpaid, overpensioned pathetic excuse for management.

To finish, here’s the (IMHO) brilliant Leo Kearse showing how the mainstream media, especially the BBC, managed to twist the story of the FlyDubai Muslim terrorist attempted hijacking by a Muslim terrorist so that a Muslim could murder about 170 Israelis into a media assault on the supposed “Far Right” while not mentioning the role of the world’s most peaceful religion in the airline attack.
