By  David Craig, on May 25th, 2011 The Taxpayers Alliance (TPA) is forever getting quoted in the press for its criticism of government waste. But when it comes to the biggest waste of all – the euro bailouts – the TPA is curiously silent. The euro bailouts are illegal under EU treaties which only allow financial help after a ‘natural disaster’. The TPA could have got together with other European taxpayers groups and launched an action at the European Court of Justice to block the bailouts. This could have saved us taxpayers over £500 billion.
So why has the TPA done nothing? Could it be that TPA bosses see their TPA jobs as a launchpad for a lucrative political career in a safe Tory seat? Maybe TPA bosses don’t want to upset Tory party leaders as this might jeapordise their own political ambitions? Maybe TPA bosses are a bunch of self-serving cowards, using suckers’ donations to line their own pockets and launch their own political careers? Who knows?
By David Craig, on May 24th, 2011 The bailouts of the PIGS countries (Portugal, Ireland, Greece and soon Spain) are illegal under EU treaties. The EU has forced us to contribute to the euro bailouts by invoking Article 122 of the Lisbon Treaty. This empowers the Council of Ministers to force all member states to provide financial help to countries hit by ‘natural disasters’. But a bunch of lazy, tax-avoiding, overspending PIGS is not a natural disaster – it is merely economic incompetence and profligacy on a scale that Gordon Brown would have been proud of. EU treaties specifically prohibit bailouts of bankrupt countries. If we didn’t have to bail out the PIGS, we wouldn’t need any public spending cuts.
So, why do our political leaders say nothing? Why are Cameron, Osborne, Miliband and Balls so quiet? Because they don’t give a damn about our money, but are all out after a nice lucrative position in Brussels as a ‘fitting’ twilight to their political careers. Opposing the bailout would harm their own future career plans. They are all liars, crooks and thieves. The bailout is illegal and they should be opposing it.
By David Craig, on May 22nd, 2011 By accident, I’ve seen a couple of recent Formula 1 Grand Prix on the TV. This isn’t a race – it’s a procession. The driver who starts in ‘pole’ position wins, the 2nd driver comes second and so on. I’ve seen more overtaking on a deserted stretch of the M1 at 03.00 on a Sunday morning than I have in a whole Formula 1 “race”. This isn’t a sport – it’s just a total and utter waste of time.
However, Bernie Ecclestone makes his billions because worthless countries which have never contributed anything, like Dubai, Turkey, Malaysia etc, think that hosting a Grand Prix makes them look modern and progressive. I’s a bit like a fat, shaven-headed, tattooed, pig-ignorant lump of lard thinking that buying a Ryan Giggs Manchester United T-shirt makes him look sporty. It doesn’t work. But as long as there are inadequate countries desperate to buff up their image, Bernie Ecclestone will continue to rake in the billions from his Grand Prix bore.

Well, here in Brussels every day is like a party. There are champagne receptions every night, fabulous dinners and other delights (prostitutes) all paid for by you stupid taxpayers. In fact you are so generous that everyone here pockets six figure salaries and massive pensions. Your MEP can put away at least £200,000 a year, senior eurocrats much more. Even humble secretaries are getting over £50,000 a year of your money.
And now we’ve decided to give economic basket cases like Greece, Portugal and Ireland hundreds of billions of your money so we can build our dream of a United States of Europe where we decide every aspect of your lives and we get paid for it very well indeed. Ha, ha, ha – and this is what you suckers voted for!
By David Craig, on May 18th, 2011 As our lying leaders shovel billions more of our money into the deep pockets of corrupt thieving Greek politicians and businessmen, they claim surprise at the scale of Greece’s financial problems. They are lying. When Greece joined the euro it was already heading towards bankruptcy. Only some extremely dubious book-cooking by the ever present Goldman Sachs made it look like Greece had met the terms of acceptance to the eurozone. Since then it’s been downhill all the way with the Greeks partying with money they never had.
Our leadders tell us that one day Greece will pay back all the supposed “loans”. This rubbish. In a couple of years our leaders will tell us that in the interests of European solidarity Greece’s debts should be written off. Our public services are being slashed so that tax-avoiding Greeks can continue to live a life of leisure at our expense. Greece is like a person earning 20,000 euros a year who has dets of 100,000 euros – utterly, totally and completely bankrupt. Our money is being stolen by our lying leaders so that they don’t have to admit that their project for a United States of Europe is failing aand so they can increase Brussels’ power over us all.
By David Craig, on May 16th, 2011 For years Pakistan hid Bin Laden in the safest place they could think of – just metres away from a major military complex – somewhere they thought the US would never find him and never dare to attack. At the same time the lying corrupt Pakistanis under the leadership of their president, Mr. Ten Percent, took billions from the US and Britain, supposedly to fight Al Quaeda. And now the Pakistani government has criticised the US raid and demanded no more US strikes on Pakistani territory.
Pakistan is our enemy. We should cut off all aid, cut diplomatic links, stop all direct flights from Pakistan to the UK and stop all immigration from Pakistan. We should stop giving British taxpayers’ money to lying corrupt scum who either steal the money or else use it to kill us.
By David Craig, on May 14th, 2011 When Madeleine McCann was kidnapped, the corrupt Portuguese police did nothing to find out what had happened to her. Instead, to protect their tourist industry, they did everything possible to pin blame on the girl’s parents. Now the utterly corrupt profligate Portuguese are in trouble – they like to spend money without bothering to earn it. So what does our government do? It gives them billions of our money that we can’t afford to give. We’re closing British schools and hospitals so that the corrupt lazy Portuguese can keep their schools and hospitals open!
The Madeleine McCann case showed what the corrupt lazy Portuguese think of us. Now they are in trouble we should tell them to go get stuffed.
By David Craig, on May 11th, 2011 As Simon “Slimey” Cowell’s karaoke show, the fiX-Factor, starts in the US, Slimey must be hoping that the Americans are as much a bunch of brain-dead, pig-ignorant morons as his British audience. Then the Americans will watch his ghastly “competition” and ring in by the million to vote for their favourite acts, making Slimey even richer. But the whole thing seems to be a fix. On one show, host Dermot O’Leary told viewers: ‘Your votes and your votes alone can get your favourite act safely through to the final.’ Yet it seems the voters got the wrong answer so it was actually the judges who decided which of the bottom two acts to save and which to send home.
Voting in Slimey’s the fiX-Factor is just as pointless as voting on the EU’s Constitution – whatever the result, the people running the show decide what happens.
By David Craig, on May 10th, 2011 For months the politically correct BBC and other journalists have been telling us that the so-called “Arab Spring” will bring democracy and freedom and tolerance to the Middle East. When Saddam Hussein was toppled, the Iraqis set about killing each other. Now the Egyptians have got rid of Mubarak, do they try building a new society, educating their children, building hospitals and roads? No way, instead they decide to use their new-found freedom to start killing christians.
We all want a real “Arab Spring”. But given the backwardness, corruption, stupidity and intolerance of many Arab populations, it looks like the events in the Middle East will lead to a new Dark Ages.
By David Craig, on May 8th, 2011 In 2006, just as Fred Goodwin was building his reputation as a great banker, I reported him to the Serious Fraud Office and the Bank of England. I was passing on information I had received which pointed to Goodwin possibly being responsible for defrauding the creditors of the failed BCCI of more than £50 million. I tried to convince the SFO and the Bank of England that our friend Fred was not a fit person to run a bank.
Naturally, I was ignored. Both the SFO and BoE refused to investigate. A pity really. A little action then could have saved British taxpayers at least £45 billion.
