Given that Paris has been so much in the news following the theft of jewellery from the world’s most talented (are you sure? ed) and famous (famous for what? ed) woman – see yesterday’s blog for more information and pictures – I thought I’d dedicate today’s blog to a brief eulogy of one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
I used to love going to Paris. When I was an awful lot younger, if you wanted to get off with a girl, you just invited her to Paris for a weekend. A huge amount of food, drink and sex were guaranteed.
Later, there was nothing like a trip to Paris to spice up a longer-term relationship.
But Paris has changed.
First there was the Eastern European, mainly gypsy invasion. The aggressive begging, pick-pocketing and muggings got so bad that the staff at the Louvre went on strike demanding police protection.
And now Merkel’s migrant army has flooded into Paris bringing multi-cultural enrichment and turning a once beautiful city into a Third-World slum
If you ever arrive in Paris at the Gare du Nord, you’d probably think that you’d just arrived in Mogadishu.
So, you might want to reconsider if you were thinking of going to Paris:

Apparently the world’s most talented and famous woman – a certain Kim Kardashian – while visiting Paris for a fashion show had a pile of her jewellery stolen by two armed robbers dressed as French police.

Dementia day for me today. However, as part of snouts-in-the-trough’s mission to educate and inform, I’d like to warn you all of the dangers of fake, cancer-infected Zamzam.
The Well of Zamzam (or the Zamzam Well, or just Zamzam) is a well located within the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca 20 m (66 ft) east of the Kaaba the holiest place in *sl*m. According to *sl*mic mythology, it is a miraculously generated source of water from God, which began thousands of years ago when Abraham’s infant son Ishmael was thirsty and kept crying for water. Millions of pilgrims visit the well each year while performing the Hajj and other pilgrimages, in order to drink its water.
Anyway, here’s an inbred, bearded, medieval maniac (sorry, slip of the finger, I meant ‘respected M*sl*m cleric’) warning his followers that we crafty, evil Kuffirs have been selling fake Zamzam infected with cancer in order to kill followers of the Religion of Enlightenment, Tolerance and Peace.
And we’re meant to reason with these idiots? Good grief!
I’ve been trying to arrange phone and Internet for a new home I have bought. So far, without much success.
There’s no problem when I call up the companies and press the various buttons showing that I’m a new customer. Then I get through to someone on their sales teams, usually in less than a minute.
But being an idiot, I like to test each potential supplier’s supposed ‘customer service’. So I also call pretending to be an existing customer to see how I’ll be treated should I actually buy any services from the companies. Then it seems almost impossible to get through to anyone. At EE I had to give up after almost 30 minutes listening to rubbish music and inane announcements about how important my call was. At Plusnet I gave up around the 20-minute mark. As for TalkTalk, Virgin and BT – what a disaster!
What I experienced is what the call-centre business calls ‘call deflection‘.
Every time a customer has to pick up the phone to call customer support, it costs the company £4, at least. If the customer’s problem cannot be solved by a tier one Customer Service Representative (CSR) and is escalated to the technical support line, this cost increases to £8+. Furthermore, if their problem isn’t solved at that point, these costs can accumulate, alongside the caller’s frustration.
Providing customer support via a call centre can be very expensive. This is why many big companies use ‘call deflection‘. They cut the number of call-centre and support staff and make customers wait 10 or 20 or 30 minutes or more in the hope the customer will give up trying to call. Throughout the waiting time, many companies repeatedly advise customers to visit their websites.
When a customer is forced out of frustration to give up on their phone call and visit a website, the cost of dealing with their query falls to only about £0.07 – that’s a 98% cost saving. This can massively increase profits at your energy company or phone and broadband provider or whatever company you have to deal with.
They know what they’re doing
Any modern call-centre system will constantly tell the staff and managers how long customers are waiting and how many customers give up. So, the call-centre manager can constantly ensure that calls from potential new customers are being answered relatively quickly. They can also ensure that potential new customers don’t get lost by hanging up.
On the other hand, with customers who are tied into a 12-month or 18-month contract, the call-centre manager will want them to wait a long time in the hope that they give up. In fact, the call-centre manager will probably have a target to get 60% or 70% or even 80% of callers to give up in order to save the company money. After all, if the customers are tied into a contract, there’s not much they can do about appalling service.
Moreover, any modern call-centre system will also have the capability to inform customers how long they’ll have to wait. Giving this information to customers would be good customer service. But most companies don’t use this capability because they know customers are less likely to hang up if they know how long they’ll have to wait for their call to be answered.
They want your business, but don’t want you
So, next time you’re kept hanging on for 20, 30, 40 or more minutes forced to listen to ghastly music and repeated messages about how ‘we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service’ (EE) and ‘we’re experiencing an unusually high level of calls at the moment’ and ‘your call is important to us’ and ‘one of our experienced customer services representatives will be with you shortly’ and ‘why don’t you visit our website at www. etc etc?‘ or whatever other bollox that some overpaid, over-pensioned supposed ‘customer service’ manager has dreamed up, you’re a victim of ‘call deflection‘.
Your call isn’t important to the company. You’re not important to the company.
In fact, the company really wants you to bugger off leaving them alone while they continue to take your money for their usually appalling service.
As readers will know, my books and blog are largely aimed at supporting the revolt of ordinary people – the people Hillary Clinton calls ‘deplorables, racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic, *sl*mophobic‘ etc etc – against the ever-increasing power of the greedy, lying, self-serving, hypocritical, holier-than-thou, treacherous globalist elites.
So, I’m afraid my life is such a sad and empty place that I watched the whole of the USA presidential debate last night between Clinton and Trump.
What I and probably millions of others were hoping for was that Trump would turn out to be another Nigel Farage or Geert Wilders or Viktor Orban or Marine Le Pen. Any of these could have completely taken apart the smirking, self-satisfied, power-hungry, lying, alleged lesbian Clinton.
But sadly, Trump is no politician. He’s not a great public speaker and seemed unable to express himself clearly and concisely. Clinton tore strips of him. He really didn’t land any killer blows on her. Yet he had many chances – her lies about being under fire while visiting Bosnia, her lies about the death of the American diplomat in Benghazi, her lies about her marriage of convenience to philandering Bill Clinton and much much more.
Trump’s performance was underwhelming to say the least. Trump didn’t come across well. He kept repeating himself. His character flaws were all too obvious. Though a president’s character is not as important as their ability to surround themselves with and trust people who can give sound advice.
Of course, we don’t know how American voters will react to the two candidates. Maybe they’ll fall for slimey Clinton’s well-prepared, well-rehearsed pack of lies. Or maybe they’ll give Trump the benefit of the doubt and not hold it against him that he isn’t a consummate liar like Hillary.
Either way, America will end up with a president much of the population despises. And that’s not great for America’s or the world’s future.
Hillary’s health
You’ll probably have seen stories about Crooked Hillary’s health with some commentators suggesting that strange eye movements during recent speeches suggest she may have neurological problems. So, here’s a short video proving that Lying Hillary is in the best of health:

So, multimillionaire Hillary ‘Goldman Sachs’ Clinton now brands all patriotic Americans, who want to defend their country and their freedoms, as being “deplorables” who are “racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic or *sl*mophobic”.
Those are pretty much the same easy insults that the Establishment and sycophantic mainstream media hurl at any Brits who want to leave the EU; any Dutch people who want to control Third-World immigration to their already overcrowded small country; anyone from Eastern Europe who doesn’t want their countries to become part of a new Caliphate; any French citizens who believe in preserving their country and culture; any Germans who dare criticise Merkel’s M*sl*m invasion; in fact, anyone who is uneasy about the global elites’ plans to wipe out nation states by flooding the West with millions of violent, ignorant, illiterate, unemployable, religiously-backward, inbred, murderous morons.
So, let’s admit it – we’re proud to be “deplorables”, we’re proud to want to defend a civilisation the elites are so desperate to destroy:

Oh dear. Another shooting in the USA. This time by a ‘Hispanic’ man. When/if the police catch the ‘Hispanic’ male, it will be interesting to see how ‘Hispanic’ he really is or whether his ‘Hispanic’ name happens to start with an ‘M’ and end with a ‘D’.
If I’m right, then I imagine the politicians and police are already busily dusting off their “this has NTDWI” quotes.
