I’ve written before how Greenies try to terrify us by never putting their claims of impending disaster into context.
For example, when Greenies howl about human activity releasing around 750 giga-tones of CO2 into the atmosphere each year it sounds pretty impressively frightening. “750 giga-tons!!!” Crikey, that’s a lot, isn’t it? And it certainly sends the tens of thousands of snowflakes, pouring out of our polys pretending to be universities with their degrees in Gender Studies and Golf Course Management, into a bit of a tizzy. And so we have the Eco-loons with their idiotic Extinction Rebellion protests and the School Strike all the other crapulous protests.
What the Greenies are doing is using and abusing an ‘absolute number’ to scare snowflakes and other scientifically-challenged members of our society. But when you put the 750 giga-tons into context, using a ‘relative number’ – that CO2 as a percentage of the atmosphere is increasing by 0.0002% a year, that really doesn’t sound quite so frightening. And so the Greenies never mention this rather inconvenient truth.
That brings me to a picture a reader sent me. Right down in your lower right-hand corner you’ll see the total amount of CO2 that human activity has contributed to the atmosphere in the last 200 years:
Ooops! Not that impressive, huh? And the Greenies would have us believe that this miniscule amount of a trace gas will lead to the extinction of mankind. And, of course, the Greenies have managed to market CO2 as some kind of deadly poison when, in fact, it is so beneficial to plant growth that many farmers cultivating using greenhouses install CO2 generators in their greenhouses to improve growth and crop yields:

There’s no room here to write about the latest scare – the supposed melting of the Greenland glaciers. I noticed in the TV news this morning that the newsreader announced with relish that a gang of thugs who attacked a man in Portsmouth were “white”. But when a policeman was attacked last week with a machete and another was run over with his own patrol car, I don’t think the ethnicity of the perpetrators was mentioned.
We now know that the man who attacked a policeman with a machete was called ‘Mohammed Something-or-other’ and the man who drove over the other attacked policeman was called ‘Mubashar Hussein’ (a traditional British name?). I, of course, being a brain-dead, migrant-hugging, open-borders, Izlumophiliac libtard have no idea what ethnic or religious group these two (IMHO) utter, worthless, subhuman scumbags come from.
Banned by the Times for political incorrectness?
Last week, I received the email below from the Times. In the email you’ll see their threat to ban me from commenting on Times articles because one comment I made was supposedly “in breach of our community guidelines”. The comment I made was following an article about (if I remember correctly) Zimbabwe collapsing with food shortages and power cuts due to the corruption, greed, stupidity and incompetence of Zimbabwe’s rotten rulers.
Most other Times readers commenting displayed admirable political correctness by bleating and moaning about how we needed to help Zimbabwe and how Zimbabwe’s problems were mainly due to British colonialism and how we must do more to help Africa and how Africans were suffering from Man-Made Climate Change because of us beastly industrialised Western countries and how we needed a new Marshal Plan for Africa etc etc etc.
But I dared be more than slightly contrarian by writing:
“It’s Africa. Every leader is a billionaire and 90% of the people live in poverty and misery. Not our problem. Let them sort it out.
Next to descend into chaos will be South Africa. Time to buy in some beer and crisps and watch the fun.”
I can see that the political-correctness brigade would find my comment waacccisst and offensive and triggering and all that other bollux. But while my comment may have been ‘politically-incorrect’, was it actually ‘factually-incorrect’?
Let’s just check my statement for factual correctness:
“90% of the people live in poverty and misery”
Over half of Africa’s rapidly increasing population live in extreme poverty – defined as living on less than $1.90 a day. And the number living in extreme poverty is increasing every year:
Hundreds of millions more live on more than $1.90 a day, but are still desperately poor. The best figures I found were that around 70% of Africans live on less than $5 a day and close to 90% of Africans live on less than $10 a day.
I think that sort of supports my comment that 90% of Africans live in poverty and misery.
“Every leader is a billionaire”
Maybe that was a slight exaggeration. Who knows? Transparency International has calculated that African leaders loot three times as much from their countries each year as their countries receive in foreign aid and foreign investment.
It’s estimated that Mugabe has about $4bn tucked away for a rainy day and that the small clique ruling poverty-stricken Ethiopia have around $14bn to buy life’s little luxuries. In the Gabon, Ali Bongo Ondimba has over $1bn; Mohammed VI of Morocco has almost $6bn; Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of petrol-rich hell-hole Equatorial Guinea has anywhere between $600m and $2bn (nobody really knows for fairly obvious reasons) and so it goes on. By the way, Equatorial Guinea is one of the ‘richest’ countries in Africa with a GDP per capita income of a quite impressive $34,865. But it also has (I believe) the highest percentage of the population of any African country living in absolute poverty – less than $1.90 a day.
On average, African rulers actually seem to have around $500m each. But that’s their identified wealth. Who knows how much isn’t known about? So, on this point I might have exaggerated a bit and probably should have said something like “there aren’t many African rulers with less than a few hundred million in their offshore bank accounts saved up from their relatively modest salaries“.

I believe there are clear signs that South Africa is hell-bent on following Zimbabwe’s collapse from being a wealthy food producer to becoming a starving, blighted disaster area. The white farmers are being murdered or evicted, their land is being handed over to cronies from the ruling ANC Party who know nothing about farming and…… Well, we all know what happens next, don’t we?
Factually correct but politically-incorrect?
I believe that my comment was reasonably ‘factually-correct’. But clearly it was terribly ‘politically-incorrect’ and clearly triggered some idiotic snowflake reader to make a complaint against me.
Sad times, when a newspaper like the Times prioritises ‘political correctness’ over ‘factual correctness’. I thought that was the domain of the Guardian.

After yesterday’s slightly light-hearted visit to Atlanta for the Democratic Socialists of America Convention, this weekend I’d like to take a slightly less light-hearted visit to that wonderful, progressive, scientifically-advanced, religiously-tolerant, economically-successful, corruption-free earthly paradise – Crapistan.

But Crapistan is so technically superior to our tired, backward Western democracies, there’s no doubt that Crapistan’s millions of highly-skilled engineers will easily solve this small water problem without Crapistan having to go to war with India to grab water-rich Kashmir’s water resources.
What else can I tell you about this wonderful country? Oh yes, more than half of all marriages in Crapistan are first-cousin marriages resulting in world-beating levels of birth defects:

A Christian’s life is not a happy one
There are about 2 million Christians in Pakistan. They are brutally oppressed by our MFs (Moozerlum friends). Oppressing Christians in Crapistan is quite easy. If one of our MFs wants to grab a Christian family’s land or home or even just has an argument with a Christian neighbour, they just need to accuse the Christian of blasphemy or burning some pages of the Qu’ran. Then, either a screaming, howling, mouth-frothing mob will immediately form and beat the Christians to death:

Raping Christian girls – the national sport?
There’s another area where Crapistan may be a world leader – raping Christian girls. Nobody knows how many thousands of Christian girls are kidnapped and raped by our MFs in Crapistan each year. Few rapes are reported because the police will either (as in our own Rotherham and Rochdale and Newcastle and Birmingham etc etc) do nothing, or else the police will arrest the girl and rape her repeatedly just for a bit of fun or till she decides to withdraw he accusation or else the Crapistani police will beat up any Christian parent who dares accuse any of our MFs in Pakistan of rape.
Here’s just one recent example of that time-honoured custom – the case of 15-year-old Maria Jalal:
Five middle aged men grabbed her at gunpoint, dragging her into a white Suzuki Bolan van, her screams muffled by one of the men’s hand over her mouth. After a 15-minute drive she was taken to a large dark carpeted room, still screaming now crying, she was slapped several times to keep her silent and was instructed to obey the men’s demands or be killed.
Maria didn’t recognise any of the men apart from Muhammad Sajjid, who ripped her clothes off and repeatedly raped her all evening, all night and again in the morning. She later recounted that she remembered lying naked on the floor as the men smoked and drank alcohol whilst taking turns to rape and abuse her, beating her more if she tried to resist. She said: “The men, punched and slapped me, they spat while abusing and laughing at me, forcing me to do whatever they wanted. I was told that I was a worthless Christian and that I should never tell anyone what happened as they would kill my family, who they said would be powerless against”.
Maria was lucky, however. Instead of being married off to one of our MFs or being killed and her body tossed into a cess-pit, the next evening, when the five men finally tired of their abuse, they dressed Maria and drove her home, dropping her outside her house around 7pm just when it was getting dark. The men could act with such impunity because, being from our favourite religion, they knew the Christian family would be afraid to report the rape and, even were the rape to be reported, the religion of peace Crapistani police would take no action, apart from maybe also raping the girl and threatening her family to make sure they dared not mention what had happened.

Today, with Global Warming apparently taking time off and the rain bucketing down, I thought I’d lighten things up a bit. So, I’d like to take you to the Democratic Socialists of America Convention in Atlanta (3-4 August 2019).
It’s not easy being a democratic socialist as democratic socialists tend to exhibit extreme forms of snowflakery and can be triggered by almost anything. This prevents the convention making much progress in any of its obviously important discussions:
gender specific pronouns – for example, when one speaker used the word “guys”, this immediately triggered a listener, who appears to be some kind of ‘trans’ creature, who complained of the speaker using “gender-specific pronouns”.
clapping – this is forbidden as it might upset other democratic socialists of America who don’t like loud noises as they can lead to “sensory overload” for many very sensitive democratic socialists
jazz hands – clapping seems to have been replaced as a sign of appreciation by something called “jazz hands”. This involves wiggling your hands in the air as if you were Al Jolson singing Mamie. Jazz hands are, of course, silent. However, one delegate objected to the use of jazz hands as he thought this might discriminate against disabled people who might not be able to wiggle their hands in the air (Personally, I would have thought that jazz hands were both racist and cultural appropriation. But what do I know of the ‘woke’ world?)
And these are just a few of the idiocies brought to us by the Democratic Socialists of America.
The problem is that universities in the US and the UK seems to be churning out hundreds of thousands of these utter prats every year. But the positive side is that these mindless, self-absorbed, puerile, narcissistic donkeys are gradually taking over the Democratic Party and pulling it ever further to the left, giving us (IMHO) deranged, raving, bulging-eyed, permanently-furious lunatics like Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and making the Democrats increasingly unelectable:

First, just a quick continuation of yesterday’s blog about US mass shootings and British media bias.
In the BBC News report yesterday evening, they finally mentioned that there had actually been two mass shootings recently in the US and not just the El Paso shooting by a white supremacist. Does this mean we actually got an unbiased report from the BBC? Well, no actually. The two shootings used in the BBC report were the El Paso one and one from July 28 at a food festival in a town called Gilroy (California). Both these shootings were carried out by white, right-wing extremists. The BBC made no mention at all of the most recent US mass shooting – the one in Dayton – the one carried out by a Democrat-supporting, Elizabeth Warren-supporting, Climate-Change-believing, pro-gun-control, immigrant-loving, open-borders lefty.
By choosing to only mention the two shootings done by white, right-wing extremists (and ignoring the one done by a left-wing extremist) the BBC was able to spin the whole story into a vituperative attack on the supposedly ‘racist’ Trump. The BBC managed to reinforce the idea that Trump was responsible by interviewing two nurses from a hospital in El Paso who both were prompted to say that Trump was not welcome in their town.
Surely it must soon be time to make the BBC a subscription-only service and then let Guardian-readers pay for a useless, bloated, self-serving, libtard organisation that is becoming increasingly irrelevant to most people’s lives?
Why Arabs don’t want to live in Arab hell-holes?
The progressive libtards and lefties never miss an opportunity to vomit their loathing of tiny, democratic, technologically-advanced, hard-working Israel. Usually they accuse tiny Israel of being a fascist, apartheid, militaristic state that oppresses Arabs and is the cause of all the misery and backwardness throughout the Arab world even though the surface area of tiny Israel is just 20,770 km2 and it has a population of 8.7 million while the Arab world is over 600 times larger at 13,132,327 km2 and has a population of 423 million:

So, I thought it might be useful to bring you a link to a very short (2 minutes) video of an interview with an Israeli Arab who went off to fight for ISIS.
In the video, the first minute or so consists of a couple of questions in Arabic (there are subtitles) about the situation in ISIS. Then the ISIS fighter makes an appeal in Hebrew to the Israeli prime minister. He admits he was misled and begs to be allowed back into Israel. Why does he want to go back to Israel? Because he says it’s democratic and treats people from all backgrounds and religions as equals.
Could the lefties please explain why this gentleman doesn’t really fancy going to live in any of the backwards, excrement-covered, poverty-stricken, over-populated, stinking, undemocratic hell-holes created by his own people? Could they also enlighten me on why this gentleman wants to return to a country where (the lefties claim) Arabs are treated just like the Nazis treated the Jews?
Oh dear. A rather disappointing reaction to my blog yesterday about “alarmism”. I thought it was rather good. Obviously readers didn’t share my opinion of my own brilliance. Though it is actually quite difficult to try to find something almost original and almost interesting to write every morning at 07.00h.

A tale of two shooters?
I’m finding it increasingly difficult to watch TV news – particularly the arrogant, complacent, virtue-signalling BBC and the ghastly UK-hating, Trump-hating, snarling elitists on C4 News. Their reporting is so biased that I often find myself switching off and looking for real news on the Internet – Breitbart, Guido Fawkes, Youtube etc etc.
Watching BBC Breakfast this morning, I saw yet another report on the US shootings. Sorry, let me rephrase that. I saw a report on the El Paso shooting in which 22 died. As usual, the BBC stressed that the shooter Patrick Wood Crusius, age 21, was a white supremacist who deliberately targeted Latinos. And it’s absolutely true that the suspect published a white nationalist, anti-immigrant manifesto on social media immediately before the attack. The post cites inspiration from the Christchurch mosque shootings and refers to the white genocide conspiracy theory
Since the El Paso shooting, both the BBC and C4 News have made much of the fact that most of the victims were Latinos. But given that around 80% of the population of El Paso are Latino, it would actually be difficult to find some white Americans to shoot.
The BBC News also, as usual, tried to blame President Trump for the shooter’s actions and over the last few days has quoted extensively former president Saint Obama’s criticism of many of Trump’s statements about Latino immigration.
But let’s accept that the El Paso shooter was a white supremacist. That seems clear.
However, the BBC made no mention this morning of the other mass shooting that occurred in Dayton just a day after the El Paso shooting. In fact, if you relied on just the BBC and C4 News, you’d hardly know there were actually two mass shootings in the US.
So, why have the UK mainstream media focused on the El Paso shooting and downplayed the Dayton shooting?
The Dayton shooter was a Democrat-supporting leftist
Here’s one description of the Dayton shooter that the BBC and C4 News probably wouldn’t want us to know about:
Dayton gunman Connor Betts described himself as a ‘leftist’ who demanded socialism and was pro-gun control, according to his now-suspended Twitter account.
The Twitter account believed to belong to the 24-year-old gunman, who shot dead nine people including his own sister on Sunday, regularly retweeted extreme left-wing posts and expressed hatred for President Donald Trump.
His social media posts often showed support for Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders as he called for a ‘revolution’ against the rich. Some of his retweets condemned police and applauded Antifa protesters, while others encouraged people to cut fences of immigration detention centers and showed disdain for ICE agents.
He was also a fanatical believer in Man-Made Climate Change who once tweeted that he wanted to behead oil company executives.
Ooops!!!!!!
British media bias?
And there you have it folks. The real reason what the British mainstream media have gone to town over the El Paso shooting. It was done by a white supremacist and gave yet another perfect opportunity to heap opprobrium on President Trump and accuse him of racism and stirring up hatred and division etc etc
But the British mainstream media have been very quiet indeed about the Dayton shooting because that was done by a Democrat-supporting, Climate-Change-believing, pro-gun-control, immigrant-loving lefty. In fact, the Dayton shooter reflected precisely the views of the progressive lefty libtard BBC News and C4 News journalists – support Democrats, hate Trump, believe in Man-Made Climate Change, love rapefugees, support gun control.
No wonder our mainstream media have been rather coy about the Dayton shooting.
Vested interests – The Four Conmen of the Apocalypse?
While doing the maths for yesterday’s blog, I started wondering how something as insignificant as an annual 0.0002% increase in a trace gas (CO2) in the atmosphere could be blown up into being a supposed crisis and threat of extinction to the human race. And I started to realise that there were at least four powerful vested interests which always stood to benefit from what I’ll call ‘alarmism’ – creating crisis and catastrophe from what the Americans would call a ‘nothing-burger’.
In any situation four very powerful and influential vested interest groups will try to exploit what is happening for their own benefit. They are:
journalists – who desperately need to hyperventilate over the most minor events bigging them up and click-baiting them to draw in the maximum number of readers or viewers so they can advance their own lousy careers
campaigners/activists – who will jump on any passing bandwagon to inflate their own sense of self-righteousness and importance and who are really only out to impose controls on our lives extracting more money from us and restricting our freedoms. Journalists and activists have a symbiotic parasitic relationship where each fuels the other’s self-interest. Journalists give the oxygen of publicity to the activists and the activists’ exaggerated claims of catastrophe seem to justify the journalists’ hyperventilation over the supposed ‘problem’
eco-loons – who will exploit any situation to their advantage by claiming it proves Global Warming or Climate Change of Climate Breakdown or Climate Crisis or Extinction or whatever it’s called this week
politicians – who feel that, whatever the situation, they must be seen to be ‘doing something’ and so cravenly pander to the ludicrously-hyped claims of the journalists, activists and eco-loons.
One trick these Four Conmen of the Apocalypse play is what I’ll call the ‘taking it out of context trick’.
Let me explain how this works:
Little Wallop under Wye
Let’s imagine a quiet English village with about 5,000 inhabitants. We’ll call it Little Wallop under Wye. Let’s also imagine that the inhabitants of Little Wallop under Wye make around 100,000 car journeys a year – going shopping, the school run, visiting friends, having days out etc etc. Next let’s imagine that every year there are on average about two car accidents a year in Little Wallop under Wye. The accidents usually occur in the winter when the roads can get a bit icy. Therefore, around 0.0002% of car journeys made in Little Wallop under Wye result in an accident.
Now, let’s imagine we have a typical miserable rainy English summer (just like this year) and, given the slippery roads and poor visibility in the rain, there are four car accidents in Little Wallop under Wye during the summer and then, as usual, there are another two accidents in the winter.
There are two ways of reporting what has happened in Little Wallop under Wye.
Putting everything into context – one way would be to report that due to a wet summer the percentage of car journeys made by the residents of Little Wallop under Wye resulting in an accident had slightly increased from 0.0002% to 0.0006%. So, despite this increase due to the wet summer, Little Wallop under Wye was still one of the safest places in England to make a car journey and anyway, it was expected that the level of car accidents would probably fall to the average of 0.0002% of car journeys the following year.
But putting everything into context doesn’t give the story the Four Conmen of the Apocalypse need to fuel their self-interest. So, they have to take the story out of context in order to create a sense of crisis and catastrophe.
Taking everything out of context:
journalists – would report that there had been a “Massive increase in car accidents” in Little Wallop under Wye; they would ask “Has Little Wallop become the most dangerous place to drive in Britain?” and they would no doubt find someone living there who claimed “Everyone is now terrified of going out in their car”
campaigners/activists – road safety campaigners would leap onto the story demanding lower speed limits in Little Wallop and more signposting and more speed bumps etc etc. They would also probably claim that, if the number of car accidents continued increasing at the current rate (tripling every year), then within just six years every car journey in Little Wallop under Wye would result in an accident. They would also no doubt start blaming car manufacturers for producing “killing machines” and demand politicians impose new restriction on car manufacturers.
eco-loons – would, of course, claim that Climate Change had hugely increased the risks of driving in villages like Little Wallop under Wye and they would howl that more ‘extreme climate events’ (aka wet English summers) could lead to the maiming and possible deaths in car accidents of millions living in English villages
politicians – faced with this barrage of screaming, snarling, self-righteousness, virtue-signalling, hyperventilating bollox from the vested interests, politicians would be forced to impose more speed limits, more regulation of car manufacturers and more taxes on energy use to reduce the supposed CO2 that supposedly has caused the supposed ‘extreme climate events’ (wet English summers) that have supposedly led to the supposedly “massive increase in car crashes” first reported by the journalists.
Thus, by taking everything out of context, the Four Conmen of the Apocalypse manage to transform a tiny rise in the chance of being in a car accident in Little Wallop under Wye from a miniscule 0.0002% to an equally miniscule 0.0006% into a catastrophic threat to millions of people.
Obviously I’m not a climate scientist. I’m not even a scientist. But I like to think I still have a few small remnants of common sense in what little is left of my rapidly-declining, alcohol-addled brain.
At the weekend, I started trying to quantify the threat that increasing CO2 levels could have on our planet and whether rising CO2 really could lead to the hysterical claims of those screaming about “Climate Crisis” and “Climate Breakdown” and “Extinction”.
Let’s accept that since industrialisation, the volume of CO2 has risen from around 300 ppm (parts per million) to around 400 ppm. A figure of 400 ppm represents (I think) 0.04%. That’s why CO2 is often referred to as a “trace gas” – because there’s really not very much of it compared to all the other stuff in the atmosphere.
How about a 4 pence a year pay rise?
Now let’s change measurements for a moment. Imagine you are a public-sector employee like most of the howling, mouth-frothing, snarling Greenies. And imagine you were being paid £30,000 a year. Well, if the bureaucracy you worked for offered you a pay rise equivalent to the rise in CO2 as part of the atmosphere from 300 ppm to 400 ppm over the last 100 or so years, you would get 33% of 0.04% of your salary – around £0.33p a month (£3.96 a year) gradually over the next 100 years. That’s about 4 pence a year.
If you were offered that, I’ve no doubt you’d be calling this “an insult” and “paltry” and “worthless” and going on strike. Yet somehow we’re expected to believe that a similar rate of increase in CO2 levels in the atmosphere will lead to the extinction of the human race in just 12 years?
Cutting CO2 emissions – saving mankind?
The next claim of the Greenies, the mainstream media and our supine, pandering politicians is that humans can influence the climate by cutting CO2 emissions. Let’s quickly test that proposition.
The Earth produces about 750 gigatons of CO2 each year. Somewhere between 30 and 40 gigatons – between 4% and 5% – are estimated to come from human activity. Apparently termites release much more CO2 than humans.
The level of CO2 in the atmosphere is increasing by around 2 ppm per year – 0.0002%. Therefore, were all human activity to cease and were we to become extinct, CO2 levels in the atmosphere would be just an almost infinitessimal 0.0002% lower each year than they are on current trends (I think – my calculator isn’t powerful enough to measure the tiny changes in CO2 levels that the Greenies claim will destroy us all). And if we were to just cut human CO2 emissions by an unlikely 10% – unlikely because the world’s population is growing so fast and China and India couldn’t give a monkey’s arse about growing CO2 emissions – this would only represent a 0.00002% reduction in CO2 as a percentage of the atmosphere.
These figures are so small that the Greenies’ claims of imminent catastrophe can start to look totally ludicrous.
Britain leads the way into lunacy
Now let’s look at our little UK. The UK produces about 1.02% of man-made CO2. Therefore, if we were to shut the UK down immediately and all live in solar-powered caves with no meat to eat, the difference in atmospheric CO2 would be something like (0.04%) x (5%) x (1.02%). This equals……. actually I haven’t a clue. And I’ve probably got the equation wrong anyway. My brain hurts and I’m getting confused by such mind-blowingly small numbers.
So, let’s just conclude that totally shutting down the UK would make “f**k all difference” (that’s a technical expression used by all the greatest mathematicians) to anything anywhere ever.
Three hottish days don’t make a global catastrophe
Oh dear. Anyway, here’s Tony Heller explaining why just three hot July days in Britain and a week or so of hot weather in Europe don’t mean we’re all about to die:
I’d like to use this weekend’s blog to celebrate the enormous improvement in Germany’s diversity, multi-culturalism and quality of life from Angela ‘Mad Cow’ Merkel’s policy of inviting the Third World into our once prosperous and relatively safe continent.
I had wanted to cover stories from a few European countries. But they’ve been having so much multi-cultural, diversity-linked fun in Merkel’s own Germany this week, that there won’t be room for any other countries in this blog.
Migrant pushes mother and boy in front of a train
German police arrested a man after he shoved a boy and his mother in front of an oncoming train at Frankfurt’s main station on Monday this week. The 8-year-old boy was killed. The boy’s mother was able to able to roll to the side and save herself. According to police, witnesses said the attacker also tried to push another man onto the tracks as the Intercity Express train was approaching, but the would-be victim managed to avoid falling onto the track.
In 2006, the 40-year-old alleged attacker travelled from Eritrea to Switzerland illegally. Two years later he was granted asylum. The gentleman was mentioned in publications as an “example of successful integration” and was considered “well integrated”. But the man was known to the police and was said to have committed a violent crime on the 25th of July when he allegedly threatened, strangled and imprisoned a female neighbour in her apartment.
Syrian hacks man to death with a word
An asylum-seeker attacked and killed a 36-year-old man with a sword on Wednesday evening in broad daylight,. The attacker is said to be a “Palestinian” who pretended to be a Syrian refugee. According to the newspaper Stuttgarter Zeitung, the 30-year-old suspected sword murderer is a “Palestinian” known to the police who has acquired a Syrian identity.
The supposed “Syrian” is said to have been living in Germany for four years and is registered with the authorities as Issa M. (28 years old). According to the daily Stuttgarter Nachrichten, the authorities are now investigating whether the perpetrator is really another person. The “Syrian” Issa M. killed his former roommate yesterday in the middle of a housing estate in Stuttgart after an argument in front of numerous eyewitnesses with several blows and stabs.
(I have seen the video of this murder captured on a cctv camera. But it would probably be a ‘hate crime’ for me to provide the link)
Pensioner blinded
A 75-year-old man has been blinded in one eye by a Somali who shouted “Allahu Akbar” and repeatedly punched him as the pensioner walked home after playing dominoes in his favourite pub.
The pensioner, identified as 75-year-old Detlef J., had just visited his regular haunt ‘Oki’s Bar’ in front of the train station in Offenburg, a city in the south-western German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, when the horrific attack took place.
On his way home after a fun night playing a game of dominoes with pals, a man suddenly attacked the unfortunate pensioner for no apparent reason. A witness saw how the man “beat the pensioner on the ground” while shouting “Allahu Akbar”.
Detlef J., who had just lost his life partner a year earlier, was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. According to reports, the pensioner’s face was smashed in and he has lost the sight in his left eye. The suspect has been identified as a 25-year-old Somalian asylum seeker Ali M. He arrived in Germany in 2015 and received the status of recognised refugee in 2017. The suspect is also linked to an alleged attack on a taxi driver one day earlier in the nearby city of Freiburg.
Man sets fire to building to kill ex-wife and children
Nedjib S has to answer to the Cologne Regional Court for attempted murder in 19 cases. He had set fire to an apartment building after an argument with his ex. The rapid intervention of the fire brigade prevented a terrible catastrophe. “Because Nedjib S. (45 years old) had had a quarrel with his ex, he went into the apartment building where she lived and is said to have set fire to it,” the tabloid Bild reported on the alleged motive of the man.
Since his arson put many people in mortal danger, he has to answer to the Cologne Regional Court for “attempted murder in 19 cases”. According to the newspaper, the 45-year-old is said to have entered the apartment building in the Cologne district of Porz. His ex lived there with their children.”At her apartment on the second floor, the prosecution claimed, he lit the shoe cabinet in front of the door. The fire spread quickly in the hallway.”
Palestinian man threatens to blow up a bus
An illegally immigrated Palestinian known to the police with a Jordanian passport threatened a crowded bus full of passengers with a bomb and other death threats in broad daylight. The suspect, who is 43 years old and has no permanent residence in Germany, got on the bus at the stop Memminger Straße in Neu-Ulm and asked the bus driver, after the latter had started his ride, whether the bus to Ulm would go to the hospital. After the bus driver denied this, the passenger immediately wanted to get out of the vehicle, which was on its way to Ludwigsfeld.
The bus driver then informed the man that he had to continue his journey until the next stop. Then the 43-year-old Jordanian or Palestinian became violent, began to scream and threatened to kill everyone by detonating a bomb in his backpack. He also held a brick in his hand and threatened to kill everyone in the vehicle.
That’s enough for the moment?
In addition, in Potsdam a Jewish student was insulted being called a “dirty Jew” and spat at by two Syrian ‘refugees’. And there have been numerous fights at Germany’s swimming pools as new arrivals to the country got a bit over-excited at all the female flesh on display. This has led to the police being called, several swimming pools being closed and swimmers now being made to produce identity cards before being allowed in.
This is probably just the tip of the iceberg for the joys that multi-culturalism and diversity have brought to Germany this week. There will no doubt be many fights, rapes, anti-semitic attacks and other stuff I’m not aware of.
And anyway, this is just early on Saturday morning. Who knows how many wonderful things have still yet to happen in Merkel’s increasingly Third-World Germany before the week is finished?
Is average IQ important to a country’s peace and prosperity?
I’ll start today’s blog with a map you’ll have seen here many times before – it features much-disputed and controversial research findings of average IQs per region of the world and each region’s economic success or failure:
You may or may not accept these results. That’s up to you. I, of course, am too politically-correct to have any opinions about anything.
But let’s go crazy for a moment. Let’s accept two premises
there are differences between the average IQ levels of people in different regions of the world
these IQ differences do have an influence on the probabilities of individual countries in those regions achieving peace and prosperity
I know this sounds ridiculous. I know it’s quite absurd. I know that all races are totally equal in every single way even though there aren’t too many Chinese 100-metre sprint Olympic gold medalists, there aren’t too many African-American ping-pong champions and marathons tend to be won by runners from Ethiopia, Eritrea. Kenya and Somalia.
But if we were stupid enough to accept the results of the above controversial and politically-incorrect chart, it suggests that when a country’s average IQ level is below say 90, then there’s a much greater likelihood of that country becoming an excrement- and violence-filled, corrupt hell-hole than if the average IQ is around 100.
Does Ireland have lower IQ levels?
Let’s forget all the bad jokes about Irish intelligence and look at the facts.
Studies done prior to 1979 (when such studies weren’t considered crimes against political correctness) suggested that while the average IQ in much of England was around 100, it was 96.7 in Northern Ireland and 96 in Southern Ireland.
Wait, before you all start screaming “racist!!!”, let’s take a moment to look at the historical context.
Historical emigration
Since 1700, over nine million Irish have emigrated. The total population of Ireland (North and South) is about 6.6 million (4.75 million in the Republic ofIreland with another 1.85 million in Northern Ireland). So the departure of more than nine million people – almost 3 million every hundred years – represents quite a significant portion of the population. And who would have emigrated? Those at the lower level of the IQ Bell Curve with the lowest levels of education, the lowest IQs and the lowest chances in life?
Or those with higher education, higher IQs and higher motivation to start a new life elsewhere? If the answer is the latter, then this massive emigration may be a factor in IQ levels being possibly lower in both Northern and Southern Ireland than in England up to 1979.
Modern emigration – Southern vs Northern Ireland
Southern Ireland – In the last 30 years, Southern Ireland was known as the “Celtic Tiger” as huge cuts to corporate tax rates encouraged many international companies to set up operations there. This had a knock-on effect on education leading to the development of a young, well-qualified workforce. Migration fell and many Southern Irish actually moved back to Ireland to take advantage of increasing job opportunities. An impressive 64% of those Irish immigrating back to the Republic of Ireland during the Irish economic boom had post-secondary-school education – much higher than in any part of the UK
Northern Ireland – During the Troubles (1968 to 1998) and even after, there was a massive brain drain from Northern Ireland as many of those with education or specialist skills fled abroad to avoid the violence, bigotry, stupidity and hatred.
Now, before anyone starts accusing me of being a bigot, let me quote from a newspaper report from Northern Ireland comparing the results of recent emigration from the North vs the South.
The result of differential emigration is that, in the North, only a third of those in their early 30s are graduates, compared to 43 per cent in the Republic and a similar figure for mainland Britain. In addition, Northern Ireland also has a significantly higher proportion of the population in their 30s who did not complete second level.
Western economies today depend on high-skilled, especially graduate labour, for economic success. Many low-skill jobs have migrated to developing countries. The Republic’s economic success story is largely built on a well-educated workforce attracting high-skilled, high-paid jobs, in technology, financial services and similar sectors.
The lower level of education in Northern Ireland, compounded by permanent outward migration of Northern-born graduates, has had a serious negative impact on that economy.
It has also contributed to a society, which is now marked by political stagnation, with no end in sight to re-establishing the Assembly.
So, what is the average IQ level in Northern Ireland today? We don’t know as it is politically-incorrect to measure such things. Probably it’s well below the 96.7 reported in 1979. Maybe it has even dropped below 95? If it is say 92 or 93, then Northern Ireland would be nearer in IQ level to the failed, violent, criminally-corrupt countries of South America than to the advanced and prosperous countries of Western Europe.
That brings us to the question – does the fact that the average educational level and the average IQ level in Northern Ireland are probably much lower than in either Southern Ireland or the rest of the UK have any influence on the province’s apparent inability to create peace and prosperity?
