Hillsborough – Liverpool fans blameless saints as usual?

(Friday blog)

There have been four major football disasters in Europe in the last 49 years – Ibrox 1971 (fans crushed) 66 dead, Heysel 1985 (fans fighting) 39 dead, Bradford 1985 (fire) 56 dead and Hillsborough 1989 (fans fighting) 96 dead. All of them involved British football fans and, curiously, Liverpool fans have been involved in two of these four – Heysel and Hillsborough – the two caused mainly by rival fans fighting each other:

hillsborough and Heysel

The Hillsborough inquiries and court cases, costing us taxpayers at least £65,000,000, have possibly finally come to a conclusion yesterday about 30 years after the event. The way Hillsborough is portrayed in the mainstream media constantly claims that all those who died were innocent victims who were ‘unlawfully killed’. There is never any suggestion of Liverpool fans behaving like a violent drunken mob, of Liverpool fans without tickets trying to storm into the stadiums or of Liverpool fans fighting rival supporters.

I’ve written before about how (even though my family comes from Liverpool) I worry that the whole thing is yet another attempt by our friends from Liverpool to portray themselves as eternal victims and then, in an age where nobody ever takes responsibility for their own actions, to ‘win the lottery’ by claiming vast amounts in compensation from British taxpayers.

I’m sure that in all these disasters the stadiums were dilapidated, the organisation terrible, the police reaction incompetent and then there were attempts by the authorities to cover up their own inadequacies. Also, the disaster was probably made worse as (I think) at that time many football stadiums had high fences to prevent drunk, violent fans from invading the pitch or throwing things at the players.

But what if at Hillsborough and Heysel the fans had not behaved like a bunch of drunk, feral savages? What if mobs of fans without tickets hadn’t tried to force their way into the stadiums? What if the fans hadn’t decided to taunt, throw things at and fight each other instead of watching the game? Then perhaps there wouldn’t have been any need for the authorities to intervene in the first place? Who knows? All I know is that political correctness prevents us even asking these kinds of questions.

I have written about this before and last time I was contacted by a reader who says he was at both Hillsborough and Heysel and so, in the interests of balance, here’s his side of the story.

Readers can make up their own minds about where the truth lies – drunken, out-of control, violent idiots from Liverpool many of whom may not have had tickets and thus tried to barge in free or innocent, saintly, well-behaved, mild-mannered victims of terrible conditions, poor policing and dreadful crowd control?

“I was there. People arrived late due to major road works, joining the people outside the turnstiles. Some fans who had managed to get to Sheffield early had been to the pubs in the area, which was normal then and is normal now. Having a couple of pints and heading to a stadium to see the game and gaining access safely, even on late arrival, was a common event during the terrace stadium days. But, what happened that day could have been prevented by better police practice and better stewarding.”

“Nobody was trying to storm the turnstiles. Thousands of ticket holders became stuck outside the Leppings Lane end, due to the small number of entrances being unable to cope with the sudden and late arrivals. The police lost control of the situation. The order was given by the police to open a exit gate to let people in, to relieve the crowd pressure outside. The stadium was unable to deal with the surge through the gate, with people being forced down the tunnel behind the goal. The pen behind the goal overfilled and people were crushed to death.”

“So in my opinion, the fans could not be blamed for what happened in any way. Poor organisation of policing outside and inside the ground was very evident on the day. The lack of medical services at the stadium. A couple of ambulances allowed to the seat of the crush, with many, many more lined up in the road outside not given permission to go onto the pitch. All of theses factors caused this terrible event.”

“With regards to the Heysel tragedy, twelve months before in Rome, Liverpool fans, including many women and children had been attacked by Roma fans on exiting the stadium. Concrete and other items had been hurled down on them from a road above, injuring many fans. At Heysel a lot of Liverpool supporters had talked of not letting the Italians off if they began trouble this time.”

“Outside Heysel a number of Italians had slashed Liverpool fans with knives across the legs and backsides. Inside the stadium, zone Z was due to be a neutral area, next to the Liverpool fans. In fact it was almost full with Italians. With a small number of English in there. They came under attack from some Juventus fans. This was seen by Liverpool fans across the chicken wire fence. The Liverpool fans then charged at the Italians. They backed away causing many, many fans to be forced against the wall, which gave way. In my opinion our fans should not have charged, they should have let the police deal with the issues in zone Z. But, my feeling is the crowd had reacted due to the previous year’s events and incidents on the day.”

“What happened at both stadiums could have been prevented. Better policing at both. The wrong stadiums had been selected. Both were antiquated. The ticket allocations by the 2 football bodies left a lot to be desired. Segregation at Heysel. The larger Liverpool following at Hillsborough should have had the larger Kop end, with many more turnstiles.”

Jihadi weapons training – Lesson One

(Thursday blog)

I believe the first lesson in any weapons training course is something like:

“Never look down the barrel of your own AK47 wondering where the bullet is – you might find it”.

The link below takes you to a 11-second video in which the fine bearded chappie featured seems to have forgotten his Jihadi weapons training – Lesson One.

This might be a problem for him. Although I’m not a great Izlumic scholar, I believe you only get your 72 virgins if you are killed slaughtering people in the name of your god:

But if you blow your own head off because you’re an idiot, it’s no virgins for you.

Anyway, here’s the video.

BBC loves broadcasting Democrats’ lies and lies and lies and ………

(Wednesday blog)

If we were stupid enough to believe the UK mainstream media, we’d think that the Democrats had a strong case for impeachment and that Trump was toast.

The worst offender in the “get Trump” witch-hunt has, of course, been the BBC, especially a dreadful fake news programme called something like “After 100 Days” which features two (IMHO) smarmy, Trump-loathing, lefty, progressive, Democrat-loving congenital …………. (censored). That’s just my opinion, so please don’t sue me!

The much-reported ‘bombshell’, that would supposedly sink Trump, was provided by a certain Gordon Sondland – the US ambassador to the EU. As the Ukraine is not in the EU, I’m not sure what relevance Sondland had to the proceedings. Moreover, I don’t think Sondland was even on the infamous phone conversation between Trump and the Ukrainian president.

Sondland apparently confirmed that “everyone knew” Trump was withholding military aid as a quid pro quo for a Ukrainian investigation into probable corruption by the Bidens. But when questioned, Sondland admitted that this was just an “assumption”. When further questioned, he struggled to explain why the fact that he had no evidence and only assumptions was not included in his 23-page submission (prepared by his lawyer who had contributed over $100,000 to the Democrats).

An assumption is good enough to start a witch-hunt:

But it’s not a sufficiently solid basis on which to impeach a president.

My prediction is that the Dumbocrats won’t dare to move forward with impeaching Trump for three main reasons:

  • their case against him is about as solid as a lemon sorbet in the Sahara
  • if this goes to the Senate, then the Republicans can call Biden and his (IMHO) disastrous, ex-druggie son, Hunter, as witnesses and that would be more than embarrassing for the dumb Dems (while the Congress hearings were taking place, the Dumbocrats didn’t allow the Republicans to call any of their own witnesses)
  • several Dumbocrat congressmen and congresswomen are already getting cold feet after seeing what a biased farce the impeachment hearings were – a real shifty Schiff Sh*t-show

And, of course, the Republicans are in a majority in the Senate. So the mouth-frothing, Trump-loathing Dumbocrats would be unlikely to get the two thirds majority they need for impeachment.

Over the next few days expect the Dumbasscrats to rapidly and ignominiously backpedal from their “impeach the motherf*cker” crusade as they’re realising this is hurting Democrats more than it’s hurting Trump. The Doomocrats’ hate-filled obsession with destroying Trump to overturn the results of the 2016 presidential election, rather than using their years as a majority in Congress to pass legislation that could help US citizens, looks like costing the dumb Dems an awful lot of votes in the 2020 presidential election. Instead of impeachment, the Congress Dumbocrats will now try to save face by censuring Trump so they can still claim that they had a case against him. Get ready for all the Dumbsh*tcrats’ dumb-ass excuses for not moving forward with impeachment.

If you want to see how pathetically weak the Democrats’ case against Trump is, please watch the short (4 minutes) video below in which a Republican congresswoman eviscerates two of Democrat Adam Shifty Schiff’s supposed ‘star witnesses’.

Naturally, none of the British mainstream media seems to have thought of reporting how the anti-Trump crusade is falling apart and how Trump’s approval ratings have risen by about ten points since the Dumbocrats’ ludicrously-partisan, biased, corrupt impeachment circus started:

A message to our spoilt, self-centered, selfie-obsessed, whining, climate-alarmist brats

(Tuesday blog)

I’m not sure who made this video. It’s clearly from Australia and features a cartoon version of a Sky News Australia TV presenter who has frequently dared question the great Climate Change religious cult.

The video is only about two minutes long – two minutes of absolute delight.

It should be played in every classroom and every university lecture hall in Britain. But it won’t be, because it’s too truthful. And nowadays, who is interested in the truth?

Enjoy!

The NHS – the truth behind the politicians’ lies?

(Monday blog)

One of the biggest battlegrounds in the upcoming election is, of course, the NHS. In this truth-lite world in which we live, the NHS is above and beyond criticism and reproach and so all politicians desperately promise to pour ever more tens of billions into the black hole that is our NHS – supposedly the “envy of the world”.

As we once again face being wrung dry to pay more and more for our beloved NHS, I thought it might be worth spending today’s blog, suggesting where we are being told the truth and where we are being lied to about the NHS

More money, more staff

Claim 1 – The NHS is starved of cash

All parties hope to buy our votes by claiming that they will be fabtastically generous to our ‘wonderful NHS’.

But hold on a minute. Last year £140bn was spent on health across the UK – more than ten times the figure 60 years ago:

And this is after you adjust for inflation. Moreover, a much greater proportion of government spending is going into the NHS than ever before:

So the claim that the NHS is somehow having its budget squeezed is total and utter nonsense – unadulterated bollox (to use a technical expression)

Claim 2 – The NHS is desperately understaffed

It’s true that there are tens of thousands of vacancies for doctors and nurses and various specialist skills like radiographers. But the NHS currently employs 1,482,000 people, versus 1,300,000 in 2008/9 and 967,000 in 1999. So it is 53% bigger than in 1999, and 14% bigger now than its peak during the Labour years in people terms:

And although the population of Britain has been growing, the ratio of NHS staff to population is the highest ever. So how can the NHS be “understaffed”? The NHS may be “understaffed” in comparison to the numbers of staff it would like. But there are more NHS staff per 100,000 of population now than there have ever been.

As for the probably real shortage of nurses in some areas – this has been caused by incompetent NHS management and not by any lack of money. The crassly stupid decision by NHS bosses to change nursing from a (I think) 18-month practical vocational qualification, where teaching was done in teaching hospitals, to a 3-year much more theoretical degree qualification with teaching done in polys pretending to be universities (while also scrapping bursaries for nurses in training) has decimated the numbers going into the profession.

So, what is going wrong?

Claim 3 – the NHS is missing key targets

Absolutely true. The one target we constantly hear about is percentage of A&E admissions seen within four hours:

This has been falling in spite of record amounts of money being poured into the NHS and in spite of record staff levels. A lot of this is due to a breakdown in GP services due to the extraordinarily generous contracts offered to GPs by the Labour Government. This gave GPs huge salary increases for doing less work and has resulted in a surge in people going to A&E because they can’t get GP appointments any more:

Up to 2004 when the new GP contracts were introduced, A&E visits were stable at about 14 million a year. Labour’s 2004 contract prompted nine out of ten GPs to ditch out-of-hours care. This made it much harder for people to see a GP, except during working hours on a weekday. The result was increased attendances at A&E

By 2010, they had climbed steadily to 20 million a year and they have kept increasing since then.

Claim 4 – Britain’s ageing population is to blame

It is also true that Britain’s population is ageing:

And that health spend tends to increase as people get older:

Though none of those bleating and howling about how people who have worked and paid taxes all their lives are ‘ruining the NHS’ ever mention the catastrophic drain on NHS resources caused by some of our most fecund communities having 70% or more of their children being the unfortunate result of first-cousin marriages:

Claim 5 – The UK spends less on health than other advanced countries

It’s true that the UK is not a top spender on health compared to the EU average:

But the difference is really quite small and cannot explain away the under-performance of our health service compared to other EU countries.

And I don’t have space here to deal with another massive NHS management blunder – over £4bn squandered on a computer system which (as I explained in my 2006 book PLUNDERNG THE PUBLIC SECTOR) could never work.

Conclusion

Depending on your political views you can reach a whole host of different conclusions from the above charts.

Having written about the NHS in several books – including a book I ghost-wrote WHO CARES? by Amanda Steane – my conclusion would be as follows:

The politicians’ terrified reaction to every negative story about the NHS is always “more cash” to be poured into our wastrel, hopelessly mismanaged health service. Nobody dares suggest that the NHS’s over-paid, over-pensioned 35,000 managers (up from 25,000 in 1997) might be asked to improve the way they spend our money rather than always screaming for more.

But “Realpolitik” – the need for votes – means politicians never dare challenge how the NHS splashes our cash. Instead they continue to feed the monster they have created, lest it bites heads off, rather than just the hands that feed it.

People you don’t want to meet on holiday

(weekend blog)

I don’t have any good stories this weekend. So I’ve ‘borrowed’ and adapted the stuff below from someone else’s blog. I suspect they probably ‘borrowed’ it from some other person’s blog who probably ‘borrowed’ it from yet another blog and so on and so forth. The blogging world is a brutal place.

*Disclaimer; these views are for entertainment purposes only.

When you’re on holiday, there are certain stereotypes that you go out of your way to avoid and who you would happily see being devoured by sharks.

1. Barstool Philosophers

Usually managing to make Keith Richards look healthy and nursing their happy-hour beer till it virtually evaporates, these fountains of faux-wisdom are often in the final years of their lives (not a bad thing from a world view perspective):

old-men4

For the price of a fresh beer or a short, or sometimes just because they think you need to hear about their decades of experience in Pattaya/Sihanoukville/Insert sleazy resort of choice here, these alcoholic versions of the Oracle at Delphi know everything you will ever need to know about relationships, visas, the locals, dealing with police, which bars have the best happy hours, running a business (they have likely failed at several), where to go for a full English/Aussie pie/burger, quantum physics, and a whole plethora of other mind-numbingly uninteresting facts, figures, and anecdotes. Ok, maybe not the quantum physics, but you get my drift. The ironic thing is, despite their lengthy time in the country, these sages rarely speak more than a smattering of local phrases, and those tend to be ones that can be used for purchasing either alcohol or sex. If you find yourself stuck beside one of these geriatric argle-bargles, then quickly finish your drink and escape. Irritation factor: 8/10

2. Special forces operatives or Crims on the run

Another common species found throughout the world’s holiday spots, they suffer from severe cases of Walter Mitty Syndrome. Get stuck next to one of these creatures and they will regale you with their convoluted tales of a life in organised crime (or sniper duty in Iraq) and how they used their brains to evade the forces of law and order (or the Taliban):shark-man-pattaya1

They will let you take away the impression that they are war heroes or major underworld figures with a price on their head. They will pepper their stories with dashes of colour in the form of shoot-outs while hopelessly outnumbered by fierce guerrillas or with gangland figures (whose names they have harvested from old news stories) or tell grand tales of living la vida loca that involves nubile women who happen to be contortionists, piles of cocaine Tony Montana would run from, and yachts more often seen in the marinas of Monaco. The (sad) reality is that the only wars they have been in were when drunk in various bars, their true criminal record amounts to shoplifting in Woolworths when they were 14, and the only nubile woman they have ever encountered charged by the hour. (In case you were wondering, the guy in the picture is actually a real tough guy, is known as ‘Sharky’ and is a former loan shark from Australia’s Gold Coast and definitely someone to be avoided) Irritation factor: 7/10

3. The Trust Fund Twatpacker

Whereas most backpackers are on a real budget, these trusties are on an imagined budget. Often with names like Tristan or Gabriella, these are the privileged few, armed with top-of-the-range rucksacks, $200 sandals, obligatory rebellious piercing, and the inevitable ‘emergency’ debit/credit card from mummy/daddy:

backpacker-money

Their trip is usually part of the last fling gap year before going on to a high-level university then a job in the city/media/pr/managing the family estate. They have spent some pre-trip time religiously learning some local phrases so they can “…blend in with the natives, yah” and have memorised all relevant pages of their copy of the Lonely Planet guide. They’re the first to hit the markets after arrival and buy some of what they think is local garb, particularly those awful jasmine/elephant pants that deserve to be doused in gasoline at the earliest opportunity. They are also most likely to cover themselves in fluorescent body paint and spend 12 hours dancing to the boredom that is psytrance. Irritation factor: 8/10

4. Chinese tourists

The simple fact is that your average Chinese tourist is an absolute nightmare. They waddle around in huge groups forcing everyone else out of the way. Spitting and blowing their snot out at some of the world’s best-loved tourist attractions, pushing other tourists aside so they can take their pictures (even though they all look the same), attacking buffets like crazed herds of velociraptors, bussed around in convoys of pollution-belching coaches and showing a total lack of respect for local ways or customs (though this latter one can be a feature of many tourists). But just why are they so bad?

Lots of theories have been put forward, from lack of education among middle-aged Chinese, no awareness of other cultures, a (well-founded?) belief that soon they’ll take over the world, right through to the perhaps overly simplistic explanation, “They’re Chinese.”

If you see a large group approaching – and they only and always travel in large groups…run! Irritation factor: 5/10

5. The Ecowarrior Vegan Pansexual Minstrel

This group are the backpacker equivalent of Jehovah’s Witnesses on a crack/acid cocktail, only this group smells bad, very bad, “Because washing damages mother earth, man”. They’re out to save the planet in any way they can, though they do seem to have conveniently forgotten the carbon footprints they left in getting wherever they are:

hqdefault

They will all get tattoos while travelling because “this country has left its mark on my soul, man” and the majority will have dreadlocks, though usually temporary ones. Often found with a guitar or didgeridoo, they will regale you with tales of their journey upriver and how they communed with nature and the spirits of the forest. Popular phrases amongst this group include; “I’m here to find myself”, “That’s so deep, man”, “The Goddess will be a gateway to high-frequency fulfilment”, “The grid is calling to you via a resonance cascade”, “Consciousness consists of meridians of quantum energy”, and “Eons from now, we warriors will heal like never before as we are aligned by the dreamtime.” They will quote Paulo Coelho, Rumi, and Russel Brand at you…incessantly. They will also all either have a personal shaman or they are one, and will gladly tell you of their amaaaaazing ayahuasca experience in the Venezuelan rainforests. Don’t ever mention to this group that you are against animal cruelty but still eat meat or you will be subjected to a 12 hour Billy Graham style sermon on why you can’t be both. If you end up with one of this group next to you, there are various tactics you can employ, including ordering a steak, offering them soap, spraying them with a chemical insect repellent, or simply shooting them in the head. Irritation factor: 11/10

 6. The Travel Blogger

Since the spread of smart phones and social media, suddenly everyone and their Auntie Mable seem to have travel blogs. Some can be quite informative, but most are utter drivel. How do you spot these creatures if you are out and about?travel-blogger-ocean

Well, much like vegans, this group seem to suffer from some form of compulsive behaviour that means they have to tell you they are a travel blogger, usually followed by how many hits last week’s blog on the Ko Pha-Ngan full moon party got or how many retweets, shares on Facebook etc. etc. They come in all physical types, nationalities, class types, and backgrounds, but you can usually spot them at your favourite beach bar or restaurant frantically typing away on their laptop as they update their 17 regular visitors on just how fresh the shrimp is on this beach compared to the last beach. Irritation factor: 5/10

7. The Voluntourist

These are nearly always Guardian readers from affluent UK suburbs (or the equivalent in other countries), who wear green wellington boots, recycle their waste religiously, and have a standing order from their bank to Greenpeace or whichever good cause is the current flavour of the day:

 n-voluntourism-large570

There are many companies which capitalise on voluntourism by charging silly prices. Unless you are bringing very specific skills to the table which will make a real and tangible difference to the locals, then your few weeks of narcissistic, self-regarding supposed ‘volunteering’ achieves very little other than patting yourself on the back and giving yourself almost endless photo opportunities of yourself with grateful locals. You may have good intentions but honestly, no, stop it, go and lie on a beach instead and, when you get back home, why not find a local good cause that could do with help and volunteer some time there EVERY week. There is also the consideration, when the charity/NGO project involves children, that you can do more harm than good. Such short term interventions, no matter how honourable your intent, can in fact cause psychological harm to what is likely a vulnerable group. Irritation factor: 7/10

8. The Hipster.

This is a worldwide scourge that needs exterminating as soon as possible:

c_scalefl_progressiveq_80w_800

With their carefully coiffured beards, their stupidly retro dungaree shorts, checked shirts that belong in a Canadian lumber camp, and their obscure and esoteric tattoos that only tell us how much of a dick they are, this is one trend that will ideally die out sooner rather than later. Now combine those hipsters with backpackers (hippackers?) and you have a creature that is crying out for a continual slapping. If you find yourself in the company of one of these people the best course of action is “exterminate, exterminate” (as the Daleks suggested). Irritation factor: 14/10

Republican congressman kicks some lying Democrat ass

(Friday blog)

I must admit, I don’t really understand what the Democrats are up to by trying, yet again, to impeach Trump. But anyone following the UK mainstream media would be led to believe that Trump had committed some awful crime.

There are two main reasons for my confusion:

Biden did what they’re accusing Trump of doing

Trump is accused of blackmailing Ukraine’s President by threatening to withhold aid if the Ukrainians didn’t investigate Biden and Biden’s son, Hunter, for corruption. You’ll remember that (former drug addict) Hunter Biden was getting paid over $50,000 a month by a Ukrainian energy company despite having no experience of the Ukraine or the energy sector.

I have previously featured the video where ‘Honest’ Joe Biden boasts how he told the Ukrainian President that his plane was leaving in six hours and, if the Ukrainian President hadn’t sacked the prosecutor investigating the company ’employing’ Biden’s son within that time, US aid would be withheld.

Here’s the link to that video:

Does ‘honest’ Joe Biden belong in the sewer? Not the White House?

So, Biden has done exactly what they’re accusing Trump of – blackmailing a foreign leader by using the threat of withholding US aid. Yet none of the Trump-loathing UK mainstream media feels it is relevant to mention this.

Is this just another ‘Russia Collusion’ hoax?

Ever since Trump committed the ‘crime’ of beating the ghastly Hillary Clinton, the Democrats have been trying to impeach him. We had over two years of the Russia Collusion hoax during which all the mainstream media (except Fox News in the USA) assured us that there was firm and conclusive evidence that Trump had colluded with Putin to steal the US election.

Of course, that turned out to be a massive pile of lies cooked up by the Democrats and Trump-loathing media.

So, now the Democrats and their supporters in the mainstream media have rushed to yet another crazy conspiracy to try to bring down Trump like flies buzzing round a pile of fresh-laid sh*t.

Why are they doing this? Because the Democrat candidates for the 2020 election are so useless, that the Democrats and mainstream media are terrified Trump will win again.

So, while our media howl and rage yet again against Trump, here’s a Republican congressman on the Intelligence Committee exposing the Democrats’ corruption and lies.

You won’t see the BBC or C4 News reporting this side of the story:

Truth is lies. Lies are truth.

(Thursday blog)

Hopefully readers all know how George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four starts:

This prepares us for Doublethink where the Party, run by Big Brother, has decreed that words mean the opposite of what they say. And so the book also has:

  • The Ministry of Peace oversees war
  • The Ministry of Love carries out the torture of political prisoners and serve as the police of Oceania
  • The Ministry of Truth is in charge of changing the content in history books and in the news to agree with the Party’s beliefs

As political correctness stifles free speech, we seem to be moving into Orwell’s Big Brother world as, in reality, many words now mean the opposite of their true meanings.

Let me use the Urban Dictionary to give just a few examples. I’m sure you can all think of many more:

Antifa (antifascist) They fight against “fascists” while being fascist themselves. They will destroy your property and violently attack you if you disagree with them.

Me: I like Trump
Antifa: Fascist! I’m going to beat you up and burn down your car

Climatologist: A member of a strange new religious doomsday cult who has less scientific knowledge than an astrologist. When it’s very hot, that’s proof of Global Warming. When it’s very cold, that’s just “weather” and “has nothing to do with climate”. Will say anything and fiddle any figures in order to get government grants and invitations to attend massive conferences in the world’s most prestigious holiday resorts.

Climate warrior: An emotionally and socially dysfunctional person, driven by irrational desire(s) to put the entirety of humanity and the technology and innovation that brought society to the current peak of development out of commission for the sake of being seen to be “green” and more virtuous than everyone else. Usually come from the middle classes and are employed in the public sector – working people with real jobs don’t have time for such bollox. Well-known, multi-millionaire environmentalists travel by private jet (Leonardo DiCrapio and Prince Harry the Hypocrite) or at least First Class (Emma Thompson?). All environmental conferences have at least 20,000 delegates who all fly in and stay in the best hotels. They never use video conferencing.

Asylum seeker: People from backward, uncivilised Third-world sh*t-holes who come to the prosperous and civilised West for the free welfare and to harass as many indigenous Westerners as possible through rape, criminality, violence and trying to enforce their own usually medieval beliefs and laws. Most Western countries take them in because of their radical leftist views of being “culturally enriched” and their leaders’ loathing of their own countries’ history and success

Racist: If you’re a white man, this is what you are. It doesn’t even matter if your wife is black and you have an adopted child from India, or how many black friends you have, somehow you’re going to end up being a racist according to how the media portrays the white man as “racist whities

Free speech: The right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint, unless you’re a conservative.

College student #1: “Welcome everybody! This is a free speech zone!”

College student #2: “Oh great, then let me use this opportunity to vent about how I believe that there are only two genders – male and female – and that many movements like Black Lives Matter and Trans-activists and Antifa are hypocritical by spewing hatred and doing exactly what they claim to be against”

College Student #1: “GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE YOU INTOLERANT BIGOT!”

Progressive: An arrogant individual who will attempt to dictate how you live your life because, “It’s in your best interest“, as if you don’t know what’s good for you but they do. Wants to take away the money you worked your ass off to earn and give it to some welfare leech that doesn’t even try to get a job. Because “That’s fair.

Will try to restrict your right to free speech if you disagree with them. Because “That’s hate speech!” Wants to take away your right and means to defend yourself against violence and force you to be a victim. Because “That will make you safer.” Wants to deny you the right to raise your children the way you choose and instead forcibly indoctrinate them to their way of thinking. They call it “Education”. Often have never existed outside of a media studio or university classroom, but will quickly denounce anybody with actual real-world experience.

Go on and on about “Free/Independent Thinking” and being “Open-Minded” yet do everything they can to censor anybody who doesn’t toe their party line. Are quick to call anybody who disagrees with them a “Racist“, “Homophobe“, “Transphobe”, “Bigot” etc etc but call this practice “Tolerance and Civility”.

EU boldly fights ‘Afrophobia’

(Wednesday blog)

Our irrational fears

Let’s start with a dictionary definition – a definition of the word “phobia” (which can be used as a word or a suffix). A phobia is an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something”.

Now let’s look yet again at the chart I often use in my blog. This is probably the most important chart you will ever see.

It is, of course, the chart of the population explosion in (IMHO) poverty-stricken, slum-filled, hopeless, violent, war-torn, failed-continent Africa compared to the declining population in (IMHO) once scientifically-advanced, civilised, prosperous, democratic Europe. Some stupid people might find this chart frightening:

Some people might find the fact that Africa’s population increases by over one million a week worrying.

Some people might fret over the fact that, if Ethiopia couldn’t feed its 40 million population when Saint Bob did his BandAid thing, how Ethiopia can feed 100 million now and almost 200 million by 2050:

Some people might be concerned that Nigeria’s population is set to soar from less than 200 million now to around 300 million by 2050:

Some people might even start to imagine that the only way Africa will be able to handle its population explosion is by exporting tens of millions to Europe:

But, according to our leaders, these would be irrational fears – they would be what our rulers call “Afrophobia”

Hooray for the European Union

Fortunately for us, we have the glorious EU who have pledged to tackle their stupid, blighted, ignorant, plebby citizens’ Afrophobia.

Here’s a link to the EU’s great plan to deal with our clearly irrational fear of Africans rapidly multiplying and then invading our dying continent:

https://www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/document/TA-8-2019-0239_EN.html

The document is an EU Resolution to deal with Afrophobia.

The Resolution falls into three main parts:

  • a “having regard to” section which just lists a mountain of EU conventions and resolutions and rules and procedures and other such bollox
  • a section organised by letters of the alphabet which puts the blame for the underachievement of Europe’s (officially) 15+ million (but probably 30+ million) people of African descent on white Europeans’ Afrophobia and at no point suggests that the good folk from Africa may also have played some part in their own failure to integrate successfully and thrive
  • a section numbered from 1 to 28 which sets out all the duties of EU countries and citizens to deal with their Afrophobia which clearly has been holding Africans back and preventing them reaching their full potential while living in Afrophobic Europe. These duties include paying reparations to some African countries for Europeans’ historical acts of aggression against Africans

Thank goodness we have the European Union to help stupid, bigoted, backward, patriotic European citizens to overcome their irrational fears of Africa and Africans – their Afrophobia. Soon we’ll all be living in a fantastic multi-culturally-enriched paradise once the EU has successfully crushed any signs of Afrophobia:

Soon every European citizen will realise that Afrophobia is a totally irrational fear as Africans are bringing all sorts of super benefits to our jaded mono-cultural countries:

Hopefully readers will feel a lot more positive about Europe’s future now they have seen the EU’s fine and bold Resolution on Afrophobia and now they know how actively our tremendous EU leaders are working to combat the evils of Afrophobia.

Hooray for the European Union!

Free speech that would now be banned in our once great country?

Sweden enriches Denmark

Good news! Most people know that multi-cultural enrichment has turned Sweden from Europe’s most boring, peaceful and bucolic country:

into a colourful, vibrant and ethnically-diverse paradise:

And now this enrichment is spreading to Sweden’s neighbour – Denmark.

Following a series of bomb attacks and shootings in Copenhagen, carried out by ‘New Swedes’, Denmark has decided to institute border controls to try to stop the flow of heavily-armed and deeply-criminal ‘New Swedes’ crossing from Sweden to Denmark.

However, given that political correctness will probably prevent the border guards from using racial profiling to stop the ‘New Swede’ criminal gangs, one might wonder how effective these new border controls will be.

Well done Sweden. You’ve not only committed cultural and national suicide, you’ve also started inflicting chaos, violence and anarchy on your closest neighbour.

The joys of national suicide

And while we’re on the subject of countries committing cultural and national suicide, below is a shortish (6 minutes) video of a speech given in the French Parliament by a member of Marine Le Pen’s party.

Any politician daring to give such a speech in the British Parliament would be shouted down by our virtue-signalling, UK-hating, surrender-monkey, globalist, libtard MPs, vilified by our ever so politically-correct media as a bigot and racist, certainly have their political career destroyed and be ostracised as a social leper.

Free speech anybody?
