Mr. Ten Percent gets our money

David Cameron has generously given Pakistan’s corrupt president at least �20 million of our money. I wonder if this will be paid direct into Mr. Ten Percent’s Swiss bank account or whether a few pounds might get past the grasping hands of Mr. Ten Percent and his accomplices in crime and actually reach the victims of the flooding.

Judging by numerous UN studies of corruption in Pakistan, the flood victims will be very unlikely to ever see any of our �20 million. But it’s party time for Ten Percent and his mates.
