Get rid of BBC3

Want to save some money? Close BBC3. Most of what it shows is utter junk – ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid’, ‘Young, Dumb and Living off Mum’ – which should not be shown on a public-service broadcaster. This garbage should either be moved to a commercial channel or else binned.

Getting rid of BBC3 should allow the BBC to get rid of scores of useless, overpaid managers, thick-headed secretaries with double-barrelled names and countless other media hangers on. Then they could reduce the licence fee.
