Thursday blog
My mistake
First I must apologise. I think I made a mistake in yesterday’s blog about the latest Dublin riots. I thought I had read that the girl allegedly sexually molested by a recently-arrived multi-cultural enricher was 12 years old. Latest reports suggest that she was only 10 years old. As for the multi-cultural enricher, I believe that he required an Arabic interpreter when he appeared in court. I’ll leave it up to you to guess his ethnicity and religion. Moreover, I forgot to mention that the migrant, 26, whose arrest over sexual assault of 10-year-old Irish girl sparked riots in Dublin had been on deportation list for months but was still hanging around, at Irish taxpayers’ expense, trying to multi-culturally enrich Ireland’s young female population.
Diversity is our strength!
‘Our’ NHS is beyond saving
While the (IMHO) greasy, slithering, oleaginous Health Secretary – Streeting – bleats about transforming our worthless NHS and cutting waiting lists, the NHS is still busy wasting hundreds of millions on utterly pointless DIE (Diversity, Inclusion and Equity) waste-of-skins.
The once respected London Moorfields Eye Hospital has just put up a job ad for a ‘Head of EDI and Culture‘. This piece of pointless cr*p will be paid £72,921 – £83,362 a year.
“Reporting to the Associate Director of Employee Experience, the Head of EDI and Culture will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations culture to be more diverse, equitable and inclusive. The role includes fostering an inclusive workplace, driving cultural and organisational change, ensuring compliance with local and national policies and legislation, and fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels respected, valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
“Are you passionate about creating inclusive, equitable, and high-performing workplace cultures? Do you have the vision and leadership to drive transformational change across a leading NHS Trust? If so, we want to hear from you.”
“As Head of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Culture, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of our EDI and cultural transformation agenda. You’ll be instrumental in embedding compassionate leadership, psychological safety, and inclusive practices across the organisation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape policy, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with national standards including WRES, WDES, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.”
While Moorfields Eye Hospital feels it necessary to spaff so much of our money on this rubbish, I note that the hospital’s workforce is 58.8% BME and more than double the national average of 28.6%. Moreover, approximately only 18% of the UK population is from a Black, Asian, Mixed, or Other ethnic group, based on the most recent data from the 2021 Census for England and Wales. So the workforce at Moorfields is already more than 3 times as diverse as the UK population.
Hey Streeting! How about spending less time (IMHO) playing around with your male friends (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) and instead stop this nonsense!!!!!
