TopShop boss discovers bears crap in the forest

Apparently the reportedly tax-allergic TopShop boss has discovered the blindingly obvious – the public sector is utterly incompetent and wastes huge amounts of our money. Had this knight of the realm read my books Plundering the Public Sector, Squandered or Fleeced, then he could have written his report from the comfort of his Monte Carlo home rather than using some of the days the taxman allows him to visit the UK.
