That was Mark at his best. The Albanians were causing delays to traffic and so the police closed the bridges and made it worse. The written response was pointless. None of the public servants involved in the range of events from child rapes to traffic delays will appear on TV to explain why they are doing nothing about it. All we get from Rishi is worn out cliches.
