Euroscum blame everyone else for their own stupidity

Here we go. All around Europe, politicians are lashing out against markets, the US, Britain, rating agencies and anyone else they can think of. Their aim – to try to blame someone for the fact that most European countries spend much more than they take in taxes because they (like Britain) all have hugely bloated, overpaid and wasteful public sectors. If European countries had budget surpluses like Australia and most Asian countries, they wouldn’t need to borrow ever more money. So it is the Eurozone’s insatiable adiction to squandering its money which is to blame for its problems – not the markets, Britain, rating agencies or anyone else.

As the Eurozone crisis gets even worse, which is absolutely inevitable given the lack of political leadership, we can expect even more strident attacks on irrelevant targets as Europe’s corrupt political pygmies search for a scapegoat for their own incompetence, mismanagement and greed.
