Our NHS lookng for a yet another ‘Manager of Total Bollox’

Friday blog

I thought EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) had been discredited and found to be partly responsible for the complete inability of our useless public sector to deliver anything in spite of ever rising salaries and budgets. After all, when it got to the stage of a senior recruitment officer in the RAF resigning in protest at the RAF turning away the best candidates for fighjter pilots because they had the ‘wrong’ skin colour, the ‘wrong’ sexual proclivities or weren’t sufficiently disabled, this should have made even the most obtuse people realise that EDI was a disaster. But (as usual) I was wrong yet again.

So, the EDI (or DIE as I prefer to call it) juggernaut blunders on ensuring that the best candidates for many public-sector jobs will usually not be hired and often the most incompetent and even corrupt can be fairly sure of being given overpaid, overpensioned public-sector jobs-for-life.

This brings us to ‘our’ NHS. The NHS was in the news recently for rejecting the Supreme Court’s ruling that there are only two biological sexes rather than 72 or however many supposed ‘genders’. But ‘our’ NHS has ignored this ruling and still allows ‘cocks in frocks’ to use female changing rooms and be placed in female wards:

Anyway, ‘our’ NHS is looking to hire an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer – Patient Experience. This vital member of our health service will be paid £39,959 – £48,117 a year.

You might be wondering what this important individual will be contributing to our nation’s health. Well here’s the answer:

Furthermore this wondrous addition to our national wellbeing will:

There’s loads more of this total drivel in the non-job description, such as:

I’ll spare you that. But if you’re interested, here’s the link to the non-job:

Don’t expect too much medical care from ‘our’ NHS. But you will get lots of DIE political correctness and, if you’re lucky, maybe even a few ‘cocks in frocks’ wandering through both the male and female parts of your local hospital.
