I really don’t understand the shenanigans going on in Labour. It’s clear that most MPs want the useless widely-despised Starmer gone. But they don’t want Wes ‘son of Mandelson’ Streeting either.
Wes ‘son of Mandelson’ Streeting must be as tone deaf as the man he wants to replace if he thinks the whole nation will joyously bring out the bunting were he to become prime minister.
Labour is going left. Far left. The son of Mandelson is the Blairite past and is thus loathed by most Labour MPs.
My totally pointless and uninformed prediction – the son of Mandelson will lose, Starmer will hang on for about a year and then be replaced by Burnham, Rayner or, horror of horrors, Miliband.
Whichever of these UK-hating, economy-destroying, illegal-migrant-hugging, open-borders-adoring, Net-Zero-loving lunatics replaces the useless Starmer, Britain is fecked.
