The question is not how many are coming to Britain, but how many would be stupid enough to remain in Romania and Bulgaria

Romania and Bulgaria are miserable dumps run by mafias not real governments. A worker in either country will probably only earn about £175-£200 per month. So what happens if a Bulgarian or Romanian moves to Britain?

The Department for Work and Pensions says the average claimant (across all nationalities) receives £390 a month in housing benefits and £65 a month in council tax benefits. They can also claim £88 a month for their first child and £58 a month for any child after that. It means someone with three children could collect £660 a month in benefits. So a family with three children will get just in child benefits in Britain, three times what they can earn working in their own countries. If they have five or six children, they’ll be pocketing what for them would seem a fortune. Then when you add in housing benefits, council tax benefits, unemployment benefits, jobseekers’ allowance, disability living allowances and God knows what else most Romanian and Bulgarian families will get four times as much in benefits in Britain as they would from working in their own countries. So you have to ask the question – why would any of the 29 million Romanians and Bulgarians remain in their own countries when they can live what will seem to them a life of luxury here?

Of course, not all the people will leave Romania and Bulgaria. Those with good jobs and houses will stay. But for the poor, the unemployed, gypsies, the workshy, the feckless, the criminal and the low-skilled, they would be completely crazy to stay. And with  Benefits Britain having one of the most benefits system in Europe, many will come here.

There are already150,000 Romanians and Bulgarians in Britain with a further 25,000 arriving each month. Politicians and journalists are throwing around numbers like maybe 500,000 Romanians and Bulgarians moving to Britain. But if the number coming goes up say fourfold when restrictions are lifted in 2014, that will give us 100,000 a month – over 1.2 million a year.

Labour’s response was summed up by Steven Timms “Over many decades people have come to the UK and made a huge contribution to our economy and to our society”. Meanwhile the Coalition does virtually nothing as it’s Barroso and the other utterly corrupt, utterly undemocratic EU kommissars who decide who can come to Britain and what benefits they should get.

You may think I’m exaggerating the problem. But I can assure you that when your local council is forced to house a few hundred gypsy families in a street near you, your home will become worthless (nobody will buy it), the streets will fill with garbage, the area will be hit by a massive crime wave, it will be unsafe to go out at night and a huge increase in burglaries will even make it unsafe to stay in your home.

When Labour told us that 13,000 Poles would move to Britain, there were actually over a million. Fortunately many had reasonable education, were not criminals and came here to work. But what we’re about to get from Romania and Bulgaria is going to be quite different. I hope I’m wrong, but I believe a tsunami of human garbage is about to flood into Britain causing massive social damage, wrecking our economy (costing us over £30bn a year), overwhelming our education and healthcare systems and ruining the lives of many millions of British people.

Global Warming mountains built on nothing?

As we all freeze in yet another record cold winter, here they are – the figures that are meant to terrify us all. It’s true, the level of supposed “greenhouse gas” carbon dioxide has gone from 315ppm to 395ppm in the last 50 0r so years. That’s an increase of a quite horrifying 25.4%. But hold on a minute – 395ppm means 395 parts per million. That’s 395 molecules of carbon dioxide per million molecules of air. So carbon dioxide has gone from making up 0.000315% of our air to 0.000395% – a real increase in carbon dioxide in our air of a not particularly staggering 0.00008%. Now I know it’s probably a false comparison, but if I had a job earning say £30,000 a year and my boss gave me a salary increase of 0.00008% of my gross salary then that would be about 2p and I would be less than overjoyed. When clamouring for more money, more useless windfarms, more “green” taxes, the warmists are very keen to stress the “big numbers” – the 25.4% increase in carbon dioxide, but tend not to say so much about what this means in real terms – carbon dioxide has increased by a minute 0.00008% of our air.

Then there’s a further problem – the warmists have never managed to prove cause and effect. If the earth is going through a cyclical warming phase caused by the sun’s activity, then this warming would cause more carbon dioxide to be released from the oceans. So, is the increase in carbon dioxide the cause or global warming or just the effect of warming?

And finally, the head of the IPCC comes from India, one of theworld’s most corrupt countries and has allegedly made millions from his consultancy work linked to supposed global warming or climate change or whatever it’s called today. Many of the claims made in IPCC reports have been shown to be complete rubbish taken from campaigning leaflets produced by “green” pressure groups and not based on any scientifically measured facts. And as we know the Climatic Research Unit at the University for Faked Figures (aka University of East Anglia) has been fiddling their figures for years to “prove” global warming and cover up any figures which don’t fit their story of warming.

With Britain’s ludicrous commitments to reducing carbon dioxide emissions we are closing down much-needed power stations, pushing up the price we pay for electricity, making our companies uncompetitive and destroying British jobs. The Chinese probably can’t believe their luck – as they open a new coal-fired power station every week to give them the electricity they need to make all the crap we buy from them, we are closing down our manufacturing in a pointless effort to reduce emissions of a gas that is probably not harming anybody anyway.

Borrow, borrow, borrow, borrow, borrow, borrow, borrow – bust!

Just two simple charts today. The first is of the projected US government debt. As you’ll see, this week’s sequester (forced $42bn spending cut) makes little difference to the trend – up. up, up, up.

But the US chart looks positively wonderful compared to the UK’s projected debt.

Our problem is that the government hasn’t a clue what to do. They cut a bit of capital spending and thereby reduced useful economic activity. But they haven’t touched wasteful current spending – bloated salaries and pensions for Britain’s bloated, useless public sector and bloated benefits for the lazy, feckless, workshy and parasitic. I don’t know how this is going to end, but it won’t be pretty. And these figures don’t include the cost of 2 to 3 million Romanians and Bulgarians coming to Britain. I reckon that will be another £30bn a year in housing, education, healthcare, policing and benefits.

A couple of months ago I started moving my savings out of sterling and am waiting for the pound to stage a brief recovery before moving more money abroad.

How Global Warming documentaries fake scenes of glaciers collapsing

I’m reading a book by the BBC’s Environment and Science Correspondent David Shukman. Shukman claims to be unbiased about whether supposed Global Warming (or Climate Change or whatever it is now called) is caused by human activity. But he spews out the worst and most alarmist nonsense without questioning how reliable it is.

Most importantly, he never asks what seems to me to be the key question – in the mid-1970s most of the climate experts were predicting a mini-ice age. We got plenty of alarmist crap about how crops in the northern hemisphere would fail and there would be mass migration of people from north to south. Of course, this never happened. So, given how hopelessly inaccurate the mini-ice age predictions were, why should we believe a word the man-made Global Warming fantasists say?

But Shukman does reveal one interesting fact. The most iconic images “proving” Global Warming are of a polar bear stuck on an ice floe far from land and of office-block-sized pieces of glaciers collapsing into the sea. The problem with filming glaciers collapsing is that glaciers move rather slowly – certainly far too slowly for documentary-makers who want to scare us about the speed at which supposed “Global Warming” will kill us all. So a film-maker might have to wait weeks, months or even years for a big piece of a glacier to fall into the sea. Shukman reveals that what film-makers do to get some dramatic shots of collapsing glaciers is to fly a helicopter near to the edge of a glacier, lower explosive charges into some crevasses, retreat to a safe distance, set up their cameras and then set off the explosives by remote control. The result is of course an office-block-sized piece of glacier collapses into the sea, “proving” Global Warming is happening and is happening now.

Thanks David for revealing yet another piece of man-made Global Warming fakery. You should get an honorary from the Centre of Climate Change Fakery also known as the University of East Anglia.

Which scammy financial services product is costing you, your family or your friends thousands (maybe even tens of thousands) of pounds?

We have about £4trn in savings, pensions and other financial services products. The people who sold us this stuff and who manage our money pocket an almost unbelievable £1m every minute (£413m every working day) of our money for themselves making them a lot wealthier than the people whose money they have taken. It is likely that you, many members of your family and your friends are all being fleeced by financial services insiders. So, which scammy products are making you poorer?

Structured products -with interest rates being so low, this has provided banks with a wonderful opportunity to convince savers to put over £60bn into what are called “structured products”. These usually offer to pay savers rises in the stock market and guarantee their money back in full if the stock market falls. Only problem is that 80% of the benefits of owning shares comes from the dividends paid, not from rises in the market. Yet structured products don’t pay these dividends to savers. They’re little short of a scam to fleece ignorant savers.

Unit trusts – we’ve about £500bn in unit trusts and pay about £60m a day in charges to salespeople and unit trust managers. Your unit trust will claim their management fees are only about 1.25%. But actually after taking account of buying costs, selling costs, dealing costs and other fees, you’ll end up paying 2 to 3 times the advertised management fees. Yet if you just bought shares in say the 10 main companies in any stock exchange you fancy, you’d perform better than 90% of unit trust managers because you wouldn’t be paying their generous fees.

Pensions – we’ve about £850bn in pension savings. Studies have shown that because of the exhorbitant fees taken by British pension fund managers (about £100m each working day), we get about half the pension that savers in other developed economies would get for the same amount in savings.

SIPPS – Many people have realised that traditional pension funds are a rip-off and have started saving in SIPPS instead. Then they fall into a fatal trap. Instead of buying shares directly for their SIPPS, they put their money into unit trusts. So these complete bananas end up paying both the fees for their SIPPS and the unit trust managers’ fees – all in all probably about 4% a year – that’s 60% over 15 years – great for fund managers, not so great for savers.

St James Place and others of their ilk – Many savers get seduced into putting their money with investment companies like the (IMHO) total scam called St James Place. These companies then put this money into a few chosen unit trusts. Once again savers are left paying 2 lots of fees – those of the management companies and those of the unit trusts – dumb, dumb, dumb.

Annuities – When we reach 65 our pension company of financial adviser will pressure us into buying an annuity because they want our money as fast as they can get it. Problem is that most people will be pretty healthy at 65, but are likely to have started developing health problems by say 70. If they have health issues this entitles them to an “enhanced annuity” usually paying 20% to 30% more than a normal annuity. So most people would be advised to wait till at least 70 before buying an annuity as they’ll get much more for their money – and getting say £5,000 a year more for say 20 years adds up to a pretty hefty sum.

Equity release – Many pensioners are seduced into taking out equity release loans to help fund their living costs or grandchildren’s university fees. The average loan is around £55,000 which seems quite a manageable, modest sum of money. Trouble is that interest rates on equity release are so high that a £55,000 loan taken out at 65 would have ballooned to over £220,000 by the time the borrower reached 85, meaning that many people would owe the whole value of their home by the time they wanted to sell it and move into sheltered accommodation or a nursing home.

In my book PILLAGED How they’re looting £413 million a day from your savings and pensions I explain over 40 ways that financial services insiders are getting rich at our expense. Buying the book for just a few quid could be the best investment you, your family or friends will ever make.

A book for the politically-incorrect – “TO HELL IN A HANDCART” by Richard Littlejohn

One reason for writing this blog is the hope that some readers might buy some of my books. Unfortunately this hasn’t happened. I don’t quite know why. Some of my books are ok and I don’t write them for the money, I hope they will help people become better informed. After all, given that the LibDems won the Eastleigh by-election and that only 6% of voters understand that when you have a deficit your debt goes up, the level of political and economic ignorance of the British public is truly astounding.

So rather than talk about my books – here’s a gem I found in my local charity shop. It’s called TO HELL IN A HANDCART and it’s written by Daily Mail journalist Richard Littlejohn. Although published in 2001, the book perfectly describes today’s Britain – swamped by bogus asylum seekers living off benefits while spending most of their time stealing: the police corrupt, ineffective and politically-correct persecuting those who obey the law while protecting criminals: the British public stupid, uneducated, celebrity-obsessed and completely unaware of how the country is being ruined.

Some of the reviews on Amazon show how painfully accurate Littlejohn’s description of Britain is. One called the book “absolute drivel”, another fumed “Littlejohn is a pompous, bigoted lowlife”.

Curiously, the book starts in a gypsy town in Romania – I suspect that in less than a year’s time many British citizens will have the pleasure of meeting Romanian gypsies.

The book is available second hand for 1p on Amazon. You may not want to buy my books, but TO HELL IN A HANDCART may go some way to showing those of us who dare to be politically-incorrect that we are not alone.

Will useless Prince Charles be the King which dumb, selfish Britain deserves?

As the Queen approaches her 87th birthday, the prospect of the (IMHO) useless waste of skin Prince Charles becoming our next King grows ever nearer. The Queen has led an exemplary life – she has always put duty before her personal pleasures and represents all that was best in Britain. But what about Prince Charles?

It seems the hopeless, self-absorbed, whining, self-centered fool probably can’t spell the word “duty”. All Charles has ever thought about is himself. Moreover, he isn’t particularly bright. Now I know that the whole Windsor family aren’t too gifted – in fact most of them are as thick as two planks. But the problem with Charles is that rather than try to cover over his stupidity, he actively broadcasts how dumb he actually is.

Whereas the Queen represents Britain’s past – stiff upper lip, duty, service and so on – perhaps Prince Charles represents what Britain has become – a country full of selfish, whining, benefits-dependent, thick morons. Perhaps Prince Charles will be the King dumb, selfish Britain deserves?

And if Charles does become King, we can expect countries like Australia, Canada and New Zealand to become republics – they wouldn’t want to pretend to show respect to the pointless, whining, moaning, useless Charles. But don’t worry, we may lose our links to Australians and Canadians, but we’ll soon be gaining 2 to 3 million deeply criminal, workshy Bulgarians and Romanians – so Great Britain will become even ‘greater’.

Eastleigh by-election result delights Brussels eurocrats

What a great week it has been for the utterly corrupt, wasteful, unelected eurocrats. The fact that the complete pillocks in Eastleigh voted for a worthless LibDem has shown that Labour will win the 2015 election. The result couldn’t have been better for slimy, self-serving creep Barroso and his greedy, overpaid, overpensioned cronies. They now know that the massive anti-EU British vote will be split between the Tories and UKIP, giving Miliband and Balls the keys to Downing Street.

So what will this mean for the EU? Firstly, Brussels just needs to delay the agreed EU spending cuts for another 25 months in the knowledge that as soon as Miliband gets into power he’ll agree to the huge spending increases the eurocrats really want. Moreover, Miliband is just as weak and vain as Blair. Blair gave away about half the UK’s EU budget rebate, it’s certain Miliband will give away the rest making bankrupt Britain the largest contributor to the corrupt, wasteful EU.

Moreover, Miliband loves immigration. It’s immigration which creates ever more Labour voters. So expect over 50 billion pounds a year to be cut from things like pensions and care for the elderly and given instead to benefits scroungers and recidivist criminals from total vermin-infested toilets like Bulgaria and Romania.

Plus there will be no referendum on EU membership and there will be no British withdrawal from the European Convention on Human Rights. Moreover, being a “good European” Miliband will probably agree that Britain’s offshore shale gas reserves (like British fish) should be what the EU calls a “shared resource” – that means they belong to Brussels rather than Britain. If Miliband doesn’t agree to hand over our gas, the EU will probably dream up some “environmental” legislation to ban shale gas extraction.

The Libdems of Eastleigh may be rejoicing over their victory, but over in Brussels they’re ecstatic.

Will it be safe to own a house in Britain after 2014?

Last year according to official statistics there were about 745,000 burglaries in England and Wales. With 23.4 million households, that means each home is likely to be broken into about once every 31 years. So I suppose that’s not too bad – only getting your home looted once every 30 years or so. However, the real level of burglaries is probably about twice that reported as many people no longer bother telling the useless, politically-correct police if their home has been ransacked as they know the police will do nothing. So that makes the likelihood of your home being robbed about once every 15 years.

Once the deeply criminal Bulgarians and Romanians start flooding in en masse after 1 January 2014, we can expect the number of burglaries to increase by 2 to 3 times. That will reduce the odds of your home being broken into to about once every five years.

But there is a further problem. Most homegrown burglars tend to prefer robbing empty properties as there is less chance of them being disturbed or caught. However our Romanian and Bulgarian friends have a quite different modus operandi. They prefer to rob homes when there is someone in. That way they can beat and torture the homeowner to get details of bank accounts, pin numbers and also to find any hidden cash or jewelry.

I would very much like to buy a house backing onto some woods so it’s easy to take the dog for a walk. However, the coming explosion in violent burglaries after 2014 has made me hesitant about buying. You may think 745,000 burglaries a year – that’s over 2,040 every single day – is quite frightening. But after the Romanians and Bulgarians arrive, this number is going to explode. As Bachman Turner Overdrive warned us “b-b-b-baby you ain’t seen nothing yet. Here’s something you’ll never forget”.

The idiots of Eastleigh have voted for uncontrolled immigration – let’s give it to them

As I write this, it looks like the EU quislings LibDems will win in Eastleigh. What a depressing result.

By voting LibDem, the idiots of Eastleigh have voted for complete submission to the corrupt wasteful EU. They have also voted for uncontrolled immigration from Bulgarian and Romania. So if that’s what the idiots of Eastleigh want, then let’s give it to them.

I propose to play a little practical joke on the idiots of Eastleigh. I will use any money I earn from selling my books to put small ads in Romanian and Bulgarian newspapers – preferably in the poorer areas with the highest Roma gypsy populations. The ads will say something like this:

COME TO BRITAIN – COME TO EASTLEIGH

Eastleigh has plenty of houses. Eastleigh has good schools. Eastleigh has good hospitals. Eastleigh has plenty of jobs.

But even if you don’t want to work, in Eastleigh we’ll give you a home and money.

So come to Britain, make Eastleigh your new home. Eastleigh welcomes you.

If I can place just a few ads and get a few thousand Romanian and Bulgarian career criminals to move to Eastleigh, then we’ll have the pleasure of seeing the idiots of Eastleigh get what they voted for.
